Very poor food menu especially for the tariff being charged.
No varieties and unkempt dinning area for breakfast.
The rooms were better but the lavatories were again poorly maintained.
Damaged fixtures in rooms.

If people are expecting this hotel to be a good place to stay they are wrong this hotel shows good photos but the actual rooms are worst and in room 101 A the bathroom tub is all with some broken parts and too many mosquitose/insects are there and the staff is too rude if they ae told that there are too many mosquitoes they tell us that edjhar easa hi hai aur aapko rehena hai to raho and food is also below average and tasteless inshort this hotel does not deserve any bookings

Room tip: take any room which is neer the pool as everything is close to it

I went with a family of 4 and stayed in the deluxe suites. Form the moment we checked in until we left the staff were the most polite and flexible people, there was once a misunderstanding with room service order so we were given free dessert. It is definitely worth the money and i would recommend to everyone.

Room tip: Choose lagoon villas for best experience.

Hello

Went to this resort on 22nd may, 2016. One of my friends had booked through RCI and told me to pay the discounted amount at the booking office at Opera House. When I went to the resort, I was shocked to see that they charged extra 700 per day for children below 5 years as well. When I argued that none of the hotels in India (including 5 star hotels) dont charge anything extra for a child below 5 years, I was told that they charge additional for a new born baby as well.

This i felt was a complete rip off as we paid 4500 for 3 children for 2 days and this is quite a lot of money. I was not charged anything for my child (then 2 years) when I had first gone there.

The booking office did not inform me that there will be additional charges for the child below 5 years and i did not feel the reason t ask since I was not charged the first time.

After coming back to Mumbai I decided to check out their website for rates. The rates for rooms show the same if I enter only 2 adults or I enter 2 adults + 2 children aged 4 years each.

I would request everyone to be very careful at the time of making the booking at the booking office in Mumbai or the resort regarding child policy. I found it completely unfair that they are charging extra for child aged below 5 years without extra bed.

As for the resort, it is quite good and away from the hustle and bustle of the market (10 kms) on the old Mumbai-Pune expressway. Service of the staff is very good. I had stayed in room 102 and 102A with a friend of mine. The AC in room 102 did not have a knob and when i set the temperature, the fuse used to go off.

Room tip: Please be very clear about children policy
