I made a reservation for a smoking king room while in Osage beach, Mo. We drove for 8 and half hours to get to our reserved room. We walked in and got our room, paid for it and then went to our room. We entered no heat, stunk bad, and it was a double queen. WOW! not one word was mentioned that he had rented our room out to someone else. It was 3pm and I did not want to drive through Minneapolis, Mn at this time. We got our money back and started looking for another motel 4 hours later we finally found one. I guess when you make a reservation with these people it does not matter, maybe that is how they do things in India. I have never been so mad.

Room tip: Do not rent a room period.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Property undergoing renovations, but our room was nice. Our king bed was comfortable and had a refrigerator and microwave also. It was very reasonable compared to the Cities and we didn't mind the drive. There are many places to go in the area, the breakfast is not deluxe but if you are hungry it is provided! We will stay here again :)

Room tip: Ask for a room on the second floor_

Don't be turned away by the outside or lobby. The rooms were nice for a great price. AC kind of loud. They are updating more each day. Friendly people! Fridge in room & coffee maker. They use dispensers for soap, etc.

I booked this room through Hotwire. When we pulled up I wondered what we had gotten ourselves into. The hotel looked very run down though it did look like work was being done to the exterior. The lobby also looked run down and there was a huge mess behind the reception desk which was unmanned. After calling for assistance, we were met by a friendly lady who swiftly checked us in and gave us some very nice restaurant recommendations. The hallway we walked through smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. However, once we got to our rooms we saw that that they had recently been redone and were in good shape. The beds were comfortable, the shower was strong and hot, there was a nice flat screen TV, microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was limited to some pastries and cold cereal but about what you would expect for a budget hotel. Overall, this is good choice for those people looking for a budget hotel.

All we needed was a cheap place to crash and this met the need. The family running it were nice and helpful with any request we had. We were on motorcycles and it was storming so the owners let us pull our bikes up under the overhang. The rooms were plain, but comfortable. Bring yoir own soap. They provide body wash dispensers in the shower and they dont work worth a crap. Skip the free breakfast. Better off getting something from the gas station next door. I'd stay here again if passing through and just meeded a place to crash
