We were with a handicapped group, and we were first offered a very small room in which there was no way a wheelchair could even fit between the wall and the small double bed or that a handicapped person could navigate in the very tiny bath. They were willing to take the bathroom door down, but this was still not doable for someone with mobility needs. The staff was very good to work with us, and they provided a larger room that was equipped with a roll-in shower and the other items we needed; however, we wish that would have been done in the first place for accessibility. The larger room was very nice and the service perfect, but the smaller room was, well, very small. It would be fine for a single person. The hotel itself needs a little updating, but we found the staff VERY agreeable and attentive. Room service was prompt and what we ordered was good, although there is a restaurant in the hotel and several nearby. There was plenty of variety in the breakfast buffet, but breakfast was late one morning (if you are on a tour, it might matter). There was always a friendly, well-fed "greeter dog" out front (a must in Argentina, I think). It is a solid hotel that would meet a traveller's needs, and, although we did not use the spa, pool, etc., it looked nice in the pictures. Rooms with lake views must have also been very nice, and it is close to walk into the shopping area.
