We stayed at this hotel twice throughout our trip in India.
This was one of the best hotels in India. It was close to shops and other restaurants. The place had a hipster vibe to it. The food was just amazing! YUMMY! And we got to see a flash mob done by the staff of GRT!
Will recommend this place to anyone!

this hotel is very nice, and good services. all people are great, for my first time in india, it's a very good souvenir.
the room service is a great service, at every time, you can call for anything else.

Some of the supervisory staff are clearly in need of training in customer care and service in the hospitality industry. Many others are well-groomed and, fortunately, do come to their rescue in time to save the situation.

Room tip: Better check the room if you asked for one with a city-view and, at check-in, Reception assures you that you do have one reserved. It took us two days and 2 changes to land in one with city-view. Unfortunately it was a little more tired than the one without view. In case you want to dine at the buffet and the Restaurant Manager says there's no table available and strongly recommends that you dine in-room, dont take him seriously. Less than a minute later he was shown by a junior staff at least 5 empty tables which we could choose from. Incidentaly, the buffet continued to receive guests for another one and a half hours after we were seated. It was clear that some staff would rather have less to handle at their end!

Really like this place to stay safely n cool. It's just few minutes drive to T Nagar and other Main Streets in Chennai. Advised to wake early to shop in T Nagar to avoid crowded. Also can leave your luggage in lobby to sent to your room. it's safe.

Overall good experience, come bed , good breakfast. Possibly a balcony would be good. When offering the fruits request the staff to send them cut. Did not get the time to use the pool but had a look and looked great. Location is prime and lots of things to do nearby.
