We wish to express our thanks to Ecstatic India and especially to their tour advisor Shailendra for the organisation and handling of our tour in March of this year.
We travelled for 12 days with them from Delhi through Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Jodhpur in one of their private cars and with the driver and guides provided.
Following this we added some days in Varanasi and Darjeeling with the arrangements also handled by Ecstatic India.
Everything was well organised and worked like clockwork - with only a couple of minor slip-ups along the way, which were discussed and easily resolved on the phone.
We were very happy with the hotels we stayed in and generally happy with the local guides.
Our driver Santosh was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always on time and very easy to get along with for the almost 2 weeks of travelling with him.
With many thanks again for making this memorable trip happen.

We had an excellent tour - full of fun and amazing sites. We wish to thank Pushpendra the owner and especially Manohar, who organised the tour and was an excellent communicator.

We wish to express, however, that the company could be improved by employing drivers with better attitudes towards client service. Ashok, (our driver) was the face of the company for us; however, he was not a good ambassador for the business - or for India for that matter. We had poor service from him throughout the tour and, at the end, he just took the tip money and drove off.

Throughout this trip, the only thing we did not enjoy - and actively disliked - was our drivers poor attitude towards us.

Our main grievances were as follows:
Very poor attitude (driver)
He was using Facebook while driving
No water provided in the car as promised
Driver never wanted to start at a time we specified
Car was usually late in the mornings
Driver was constantly trying to skip items on itinerary
Driver not moving the seats to allow people to get out of the back seats (it is difficult doing it yourself as you have to reach a lever in the front to undock them, 7 seater car)
Not caring for our luggage, he wanted to put it on the roof rack without tying it to anything, said it should be OK (not at 110KM/H!!)

We met the owner on day 4 of our 12 day trip and asked for a driver change, however he failed to acknowledge the seriousness of our concerns during our meeting and it seemed that he did not want to upset his driver.

However, we wish to thank the company and particularly Manohar for putting together a fantastic itinerary. We really enjoyed everywhere we went and stayed.

My wife and I booked to travel the 'Golden Triangle; Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and thoroughly enjoyed the sightseeing experience in the company of our excellent driver, Monu.

He was always on time to collect us and deliver back to the hotel. The hotels were very comfortable and although I was able to choose others I was happy with the ones booked by the company. As others have mentioned, the communications from Manohar was excellent from the point of booking the trip to the last day. Should we visit this part of India again we would use Ecstatic India and I highly recommend this company to other
travellers. TIPS are expected and Manohar will provide guidance (if requested) which will avoid any embarrassment between clients and guides.
