This hotel is "tucked away"from the hassels of the city, yet few minutes walk to the beach. While the place is getting old ,yet it retain it charm thanks to the friendly staff and the efficient management of Rudi .I had a minor complaint about one of the staff in the restaurent and was very impressed with the way management dealt with it promptly and gracefully.
The breakfast need further attention compared to what other hotels offer, but the position of the restaurent next to the pool is superb and the service is excellent.

Great location, wonderful staff, clean excellent pool and the breakfast was everything you needed. The hotel is of traditional style and is clean and tidy with great staff who cannot do enough for you , it is in need of a little TLC and upgrading but it is value for money and we found it meet our needs . The wifi works fine but is a little slow if you are inside your room,it is in a quite location but is in within easy walk of the beach , shops and restaurants .The breakfasts are good plenty tea and coffee. fruit hot food like bacon sausages and fried noodles and veg ,there is also a chef to cook your eggs any way you want and a girl to make your toast . We found the hotel suited us and we would book again.

Arrived on 25th December stayed till 2nd January - loved it. Nice, small and relaxed. More authentic style hotel rather then the glitzy types. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, as listed in prior reviews only lacking side is no beverage service around pool area but the restaurant is right beside the pool and not hard to call out to someone near. Room is spacious for 3, good roll away bed with big mattress unlike some places. Clean and tidy. Would recommend and defiantly stay again.

A nice quiet hotel in Sanur, just down a little lane from the main road going thru Sanur. Nice big and comfortable bed, a large oval bath with shower over top. The shower head was able to be taken off the wall so made for easier showering for shorter people.

The roll away for teenager was a big thick mattress and comfortable sized bed.

Air conditioner worked really well. We had an upstairs room over looking the pool. Table and chairs and towel rack on balcony. Good size flat screen TV.

Mini fridge but no beer or soft drinks.

Breakfast was good, but for a change of choice we did eat at Stiff Chill on the beach one morning. We had 2 lunches around the pool but no one seemed to eat dinner at hotel. I guess because there are so many choices in Town.

Pool was good size but be warned if you have blonde or coloured hair it will go green unless you wash each day with a shampoo designed to remove. They do have signs around the pool advising and yes daughters hair did change.

The hotel staff are friendly but don't approach you while around the pool for drinks or food.

I needed a crowd on my tooth done and the hotel provided at a reasonable cost a driver to take me and wait an hour. He was a lovely man and we had a great conversation about all sorts of topics.

The tariff of this hotel is good value to where you are in Sanur. The beach is a paddock behind you, but you can not access this way, it's a short walk down the road to some lovely cafes on the beach front.

Right next door is a mini supermarket which was cheaper than Hardys. They had a deli and mini bakery so we purchased food for lunch to eat around the pool. Plus cold Bintang and wine (not cold)

I would recommend.
