An affordable hotel. Very new so the rooms and common areas look nice. Breakfast was excellent and included with the relatively low price I had paid. There was no water in the room - the tap water in Tel Aviv is fine so no big deal but still you do expect to have a bottle of water in the room.
For me the location was just what I needed as I had business in Rothschild - 5 minutes away. However you need to understand that this is not a great location for tourism - far from the beach, and also if you go south you are in the sketchiest part of Tel Aviv (the old bus station area).
Bottom line - excellent hotel if you have business in downtown Tel Aviv (Rothschild area).

It is ok, no more than that.
We needed to wait 30-40 minutes to eat breakfast and check all the time when they will let us in... Not very well organized, mid range typicall urban israeli hotel.
Not so expensive though..

The NYX Hotel is on the southern-western area of Tel Aviv .. far from the beaches and far "from the maddening crowds". It is close to one of the "exits" from Tel Aviv should you be leaving whether to the airport or to the east / south regions. The NOT kosher restaurant is out-sourced and therefore meals are a la carte or according to a daily set menu.
