we stayed in a number of hotels over the lake some double the price of this one. This property is in a central location, and five mins walk to the bus stop to get to other places around the lake.It is in a Pretty courtyard with a few restaurants and bars.Nonetheless it was still quite as your room had both windows and shutters to keep out the noise and we were in room 12 on the first floor. The property is managed by a friendly family .The breakfast consisted of rolls, cheese, ham fruit, cakes, boiled/ scrambled egg.The room was clean and had painted floor on walls .We enjoyed our stay and think it was good value. The only thing which they need to do is change the towels which were like sand paper.I would stay here again .It was a five minute stroll to all the sites , including the cable car to Mont Baldo. This is a beautiful village and one of the best on the lake

The hotel was clean and comfortable the staff were very helpful we had forgotten our European electric plug to English asked at the reception desk and they produced one in a couple of minutes very impressed the breakfast was self service and had a very good choice ham cheese eggs croissants yogurt's fruit juice tea & coffee+ other things much better than the hotel we recently stayed in Venice nice touch had chairs outside for a sit down in the morning and evening I would certainly stay there again

Room tip: ask for a room on the first floor as there is no lift

We stayed for 3 nights as part of a wedding party. The hotel was quaint and in a great central location. The room was perfect for us - great base to be out and exploring but comfy bed and modern tv if you were wanting to stay in which we didn't as the location is stunning!
The hotelier was very accommodating, friendly and breakfast was lovely - we would stay again and am already itching to return to Lake Garda such a beautiful destination with friendly locals and amazing food.

What a lovely b&b. Loved my visit here, rooms are fairly basic, but with the surrounding areas around you, you won't be in your room for long. This is at the heart of the Malcesine square, the market, the castle, Lake Garda, the bars, the ice cream bars, the pizza takeaway, everything you want is within walking distance.
The car park is a couple of minutes walk away, but this does not distract from this place at all. I loved my stay here and have booked to come back with different friends.

Upon checking in, we asked about the free breakfast and were told it would be complimentary by the eldest of the staff (owner I think?). Rooms were small and very noisy. Music and talking from the piazza carries throughout the hotel easily until midnight or later. Could hear the room next to us snoring. Upon checking out, they charged us for breakfast and suddenly didn't speak any English to fix the issue. She magically pulled out our booking info with no breakfast underlined. Sketchy to say the least. I would recommend something off the main square if you like a peaceful sleep. Do not recommend.
