I stayed here for two nights and it is a good budget choice.
It is a around 7 minutes walk to the metro station at Anjos.( I took the wrong exit on arrival and ended up with a 12 minute walk to the hotel, so ensure you take the correct exit). The hotel is close to cafe/restaurants and public transport. You can walk around 10 minutes to the next metro stop at Indendente and find the tram, that can take you around some of the tourist spots in Lisbon.
I was in room 203. Great room size, it was clean and comfortable. The chair and the bed headboard, did look like, they needed to be replaced, due to wear and tare but apart from that the room was fine. The bed was very comfortable and I had two good nights sleep. I ate the hotel breakfast. I had tea and toast, the other breakfast options were not very appetising.
If you are staying in Lisbon and are on a budget, this would be a good hotel choice...Enjoy!

Comfortable and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Metro 5 min walk from the hotel and takes you into the centre of lisbon in 3 stops no longer than 5-8 mins. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.

The location is great for getting around Lisbon. The nearest metro stop is a five minute walk away (Anjos). The room was comfy and quiet with a hairdryer, safe and fridge. Staff are polite and attentive. Our room smelt of cigarettes on arrival but as the hotel was fully booked we couldn't swap rooms. The receptionist did say we could move the following day if the smell persisted and gave us some room spray to mask the smell. In the end we stayed where we were as the smell did fade. Breakfast was fine. A bit boring but did the job. Rolls, ham, cheese, croissants and cereal and yoghurt. Not bad. It was cheap and saved time finding something on the hoof. Definitely a good find and I'd certainly recommend it.

Great hotel clean & tidy. Good sized rooms. Modern and up to date everything there that you could need. Good friendly staff. Just slightly out of the centre which I think it perfect. Local cafe and take away on the same street. Would definitely stay again

Booked this hotel after reading the reviews and i have to say i was satisfied.Considering it was the first time i have cheked in a two star hotel i had my concerns ,but in the end i can defintly say i would do it again. The location of the hotel is very good-3 minutes walk to the metro station and 15 min walk to city center. One way street ,pretty quiet -only noises i have hard were in the middle of one night when the garbage trucks picked up the bins. The staff was warm-chek in and chek out was fast.In the last day we had our flight late in the evening and they stored our bags.Rooms are small and the bathroom is even smaller but clean and cosy. The only real disappointment was the breakfast-just a couple slices of salami, some bread and butter...horible juices and coffee. For the price we paid ...acceptable
