Comfortable stay at Karon beach

Well appointed rooms
Good view from 'beach view ' room
Beach mats/ beach towels/ umbrellas/ free mini bar all provided
Breakfast ok -but busy
Small pool area tiny gym
We stayed for four ( rainy ) days . Very comfortable hotel in good position opposite the beach

Horrible! Don't go there. The staff is the worst

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. The rest is terrible.

1. It is waaay overpriced for the kind of room. We paid more than 70 usd for a single room, as there is no difference between single or double occupancy for them. This is without breakfast as they charged for 2 people as well. The other option was to pay at the front desk around 400 tbh! Ridiculous!

2. The breakfast was nothing special and no variety. You have to wait on a line for 15 mins just to have an omlette. The fruits and bread finish at the moment they load.

3. All the rooms are extremely noisy. The hotel is full of Russians who are permanently drunk. Thry scream and shout and talk all night underneath the balcony during the whole night. There is a music bar next to the hotel which you are able to hear all night as well.

4. The staff is thr worst. They do not speak English at all. Just stare at you and not reacting. They were not helpful at all. I tried to explain something to the front desk personnel and they started SCREAMING and SHOOTING at me for no reason. I have never experienced such bad attitude and customer service. For the price we paid - more than 160usd per night, this is UNELECTABLE!!!!

5. The beach is near by but it is overcrowded. And of course there are only Russians there. The umbrella is 200 tbh and no sunbed. You need to lay on the sand directly as a pig. They provide some kind of mattress which was extremely old, dirty and nasty. Super overcrowded on the beach all the time. Otherwise the water and the beach are clear.

Very comfortable

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Very clean, good amenities. Location is very good, easy access to shops, restaurants, and area attractions. I would stay here again.

Book it.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Fantastic hotel. Rooms are a good size and cleaned every day. The pool looked good as well although we didn't use it. Great staff, friendly and helpful. The location was spot on as well. I would defiantly stay there again. Could do with a little sound proofing but that may have just been people being inconsiderate.

One of the better hotels with great location in Karon that offers good value

I stayed for 2 nights in the pool facing rooms. Prime location with just 5 mins walk from karon beach and 1 min from Patak Road, lots of eateries and massage options nearby. The restaurant operates only for breakfast. For dinner, we picked up food from restaurants on the main road. Breakfast spread was great. Local taxi to beaches available on main road. Rooms are nicely done. Worth a return in future Phuket trip.

Room tip: pool view rooms on higher floors
