Food was good. Waitress was horrible. No menus. You have to use the menu online to order. One member of our party was upset that mushrooms were in everything. The waitress said the mushrooms could be left off of the dish. The soba noodles were...ordered, and the waitress said nothing. The noodles came out with mushrooms and the waitress made it sound like it was the fault of the person ordering, that the dish was supposed to have mushrooms. The noodles were sent back with no replacement. The bill came to the table with the charge for the noodles on the bill. Waitress acted as though it was a problem to remove the item from the bill. When asked to see the manager, we learn there is no manager on staff today (she was off). The waitress did manage to have the order removed, but this was a problem of her making.More

Went for lunch looking for sushi. No luck. Limited lunch menu that was just ok. Tonkatsu ramen was salty but edible. Service was average. Wouldn’t recommend for lunch. Maybe dinner is better.

This place can get expensive, but worth the visit. They serve small plates & great cocktails. Suitable for couples, friends, large groups. Migght be OK for older kids.

Zero beverage options without alcohol except kids drinks. Is the 21st century and many places addressing this but not Two Ten Jack. Will not be back. Obviously lots of effort pit in to making super interesting tasty alcoholic drinks though.

We were really excited to have dinner here and ordered the chicken ramen and crab noodles. Both meals were good, but not as good as I was expecting based on the reviews. The portions were pretty small (crab noodles especially) and expensive. The online ordering...also works on about a 30 minute delay….we were already back across town and about to eat when a text was sent saying the order was ready.More

We dropped on for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. This restaurant was located downstairs in the Warehouse Row area. We ordered the Tori Paitan Shoyu Ramen bowl and the Karaage box. Both were delicious. We had ordered the “small plates” of fried chicken and Brussels...sprouts first. Delicious as well, but too small for one person. The pork gyoza are maybe the best I’ve had. Plan to return for dinner soon.More

We had lunch at this restaurant October 2 at 2:30 PM Alexis was our server she was very nice. At the time of arrival there was two other tables with guests. This was our first time in the restaurant. I ordered Ramen tonkotus Pork. My...son-in-law ordered spicy crab noodle and my daughter ordered Karaage Bento. When my lunch was served tonkotus it had a strong smell of lifting up a dumpster, it smelled as rotten as I have ever smelled anything. When I asked Alexis to smell it she stated it was authentic an that’s the smell. I tasted it and it tasted just as rotten as it smelled. I have visited Japan and I never smelled or tasted anything as this. While my other family members were able to eat there food ordered, our trip home was of agony to get to the restroom before I have an accident in the car.More

We found this restaurant on a quick family trip to this city and love trying ramen in different places, especially where you don't expect to find it. We love the space. It is a little dark in there but we like that kind of atmosphere....First, the appetizers. The takoyaki were not to our liking. Perhaps this is their take on the popular Japanese food because it is certainly not a traditional takoyaki. The taste and texture were more like a hush puppy, the octopus was practically non-existent. We regretted ordering this. The St. Elmo's sushi roll that we ordered was fine. The rice was a bit crunchy and we aren't sure if this was deliberate but it was strange to us. The tuna itslef was tasty. My husband and son got the Tonkatsu ramen and loved the broth. Their ramen bowl was very flavorful. This is the reason we would like to rate this restaurant as good rather than average. My spicy crab garlic ramen was good and I would order it again. The cocktail - The Tune in Tokyo - was also good. We would visit again if only for the ramen if we find ourselves in that area again.More

We were wondering around and found this spot in the basement. We were very pleasantly surprised at the location and the food. The lunch menu is very limited but more than adequate. The broth and all the fixing were very good. The pork did have...a little strange taste but I am sure it was the seasoning. Portion was very good and the broth was hot and fresh.More

Brussel sprouts and pork ramen were great, but the rest was just ok like the asparagus wrapped in bacon, miso corn, yellow tail, etc.

The atmosphere is very dark. Dark to the point that it hurts your eyes when you leave and step into the sunlight. The service was fine. The food was just okay. I had higher expectations. It's also pricey for what it is. Our ramen bowls...were $15 and $17 each for lunch. The portions were much smaller than expected and I'm not a big eater. The biggest disappointment was the broth in the ramen. It was average at best and needs to be perfected to be the star of the dish. I don't recommend and don't feel the need to go back.More

Very different place! Although we had a hard time narrowing a dish that my kiddo was into, we all agreed that the garlic noodles was where it was at! The pork broth ramen was delicious as was the crispy Brussels. The asparagus wrapped with bacon...was ok. Our neighboring friends had crab spicy noodle ramen and were still hungry, so they ordered sushi. Service was on point. Beware that they only had tables available by reservations only, so make reservations or get there early and eat at the bar. Overall, we enjoyed this unique place! Give it a try!More

Two Ten Jack in Warehouse Row in Chattanooga is a cool place to eat for ramen, noodles, and other unique and flavorful items. I really like the location and the atmosphere and vibe here with the lighting and seating areas that seems to transport you...to a different place. Everything here is delicious and well prepared and available quickly after you order. The staff here is very attentive and makes sure that you have everything. They are well worth checking out.More

I doubt many children would enjoy the very adult ie 'adventurous' menu. The upscale vibe may be uncomfortable for them too (most children do not enjoy having to be quiet and still). This is an ideal place for a hot date... More
