My wife stopped for take out on June 8th about 6 pm and the ticket is number 69. Cost $28.07 General Tso Shrimp and a half dozen fried dumplings for me and she got chicken fried rice. Pot stickers or dumplings were burnt black on...the bottom. Of course, you don't see the bottom in the container. The shrimp was padded with something that Mike Lindell might use in My Pillow 3.0. 80 % terrible dough breading and the tiny shrimp inside. Some still had thin shells on part of them and on the tail part. The broccoli was wilted. This terrible package struck me as if it were cooked and prepared hours ago and "nuked" to fill a take out order. Wife tells me the chicken fried rice was way too salty to enjoy. So she called up Hana about 20 minutes ago to complain and was put on hold. Finally, Hana hung up. I will NEVER go there again. When Hana was new in town it was awesome. I hope they fail in business and somebody comes in to use the facility to treat customers with respect and better food. Sianara!More

Very poor service on a take out order. First they had difficulty finding the order and asked if I knew what we had ordered!? Apparently they have no system in place to co-relate a telephone number and name to an order!? Got it eventually but...when I got home, the lo mein ordered was dry and almost gelled together. Looked like rubber. There was NO moisture/ sauce or anything in the the lo mein noodles so I had to add my own soy sauce at home. Still tasted terribel. The spring rolls I ordered, two of them were just rolled up shells. Nothing inside them. That has NEVER happened with a take out order from any other Chinese restaurant. Ever! This place needs to do a LOT better if it wants to compete with the other local Chinese restaurants - who are far superior in food quality, delivery and price. Hana? No thanks! Save your money and go elsewhere.More

We went for the all you can eat lunch menu. Its like $15 per and you pick what you want and they bring fresh, smaller portions. This includes a nice array of sushi. Everything we tried we enjoyed very much. The only thing they could...use is a veggie option or 2. The only way to get a decent amount of veggie seemed like chicken/beef and broccoli which i dont particularly care for or edamame which, is not for me. Other than that, all good. Our server was fast and attentive. The place wasnt very busy at the time but it was like noon on a Tuesday. Its weird to find if you've never been there as its on the far side of a hotel. Make a left at the Sheetz and right on the next side street. We ended up getting directed from the lobby ourselves. Dont feel bad, they say it happens ALOT.More

We have gone for both lunch and dinner and both are good. The lunch is a great value, but I prefer the dinner which includes the specialty rolls. It is a nice place to try different types of sushi.

I was there last week with my daughter at her recommendation. Seated quickly. Ordered Lunch off the menu All You can Eat specials. Very delicious. Small servings but unlimited number of times they will bring you food. I guess that's so there isn't as much...wasted. A tiny bit higher than I was expecting for lunch, but then late enough I was able to eat a light dinner later. Nice Atmosphere. (Lights were a bit dim.)More

The all you can eat lunch and dinner is an absolute STEAL for the price, you cannot beat it. The sushi is good, tastes fresh and the entrees always come out hot. Service is good as well. Overall a good bang for your buck.

I typically enjoy Hana. The food is typically pretty good, not entirely consistent, but often a good deal for the price. I had a terrible experience with a server, had to find her to ask for things/let her know that we were missing things. She...was not busy. She was cleaning up behind the bar, presumably so that she could go home as soon as possible, not caring about our service. When she brought our bill, she left it at the table. It was not itemized and she did not say that tip was added. We paid, because at this point we had unruly kids after the longest wait and worst service ever. I would never leave no tip, though in this case, I should have. As I thought about it and added it up in my head later, I realized that she had added a tip (we were a table of 4, so not a normal practice) and did not notify us or give us a bill where this was even readily apparent. I tipped less generously that my usual >20%, but still tipped. I attempted to contact the restaurant a month ago and have not received a response. It was sneaky and manipulative. Watch your check.More

My girlfriend, her son, my daughter and myself visited Hana for dinner. We got there at 4pm when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We wanted to try the sushi we’d heard about. However, we sat at our table for 20 minutes without so much...as anyone that worked there acknowledging us. No drink orders were even asked in that time as well! We ended up leaving after 25 minutes due to my daughter having practice. I’ve never been in a place where we were totally ignored with an empty restaurant. I’ve never had to wait that long without so much as a drink order! Even in a very busy restaurant. The service here is an absolute joke! Never going here again and never recommending them as well.More

We went with as a group of four for the Hibachi style dinner. It was your typical experience, with onion volcanoes, oil fires, and egg tossing. The service was okay, but our table's (we were combined with another party) orders were pretty badly botched, and...it took quite some time to get things back to rights. My wife doesn't eat many carbs, so she asked for no rice or noodles doing the meal, but those instructions weren't followed. The cook was funny and did his best, the food was tasty, and there was plenty of it.More

My husband and I were here a few nights ago with a pretty large party (25-30 people), and we were absolutely delighted with our whole experience. The staff were wonderful and took great care of us... considering how many of us there were. The menu...is extensive, and we had a hard time deciding, but we ultimately both chose the chicken and angus steak hibachi, and we loved it! The salad and soup before the main course were delicious, and we devoured everything. The meat was delicious, as were the noodles and rice. Altogether, we couldn't have asked for a nicer meal. We look forward to coming back when we're in the area again!More

Visit for a work group lunch. All had the all you eat menu. Service was efficient. Food selection was ok, Felt that some items had been made earlier and then sat as rice was a little dry. Good place for this type of lunch.

We went to Hana twice in the four days we were in town. We've never found as good a sushi deal! They have a huge menu with both kitchen items and sushi (regular and specialty rolls and just fish) for less than $22, plus kids...can get it too for the price of their age (7 = $7.99). Service was good the first time and decent the second and we had a group of 11 both times. We wish there was a Hana in CO!More
