Friendly service, well suited to our toddler with delicious coffee and an excellent bacon and egg roll. Our favourite coffee on the island.

Situated in the same building as the museum which is a wonderful experience too and free to visit. Pick up your souvenirs here.
Had an evening meal here with friends and family. A few days later I came in for brunch. There's a good range of food and it is good quality. I watched the owner and his staff look after the customers (I saw both locals and...non-locals), they're very friendly & efficient, they're obviously good operators in hospitality. Like most places on the island, you have to book. After brunch we spent a bit of time in the museum which is amazing.More
Coffee, lunch and dinner on this trip. The food and service is always reliable with a range of fresh, beautifully prepared options. The home made slices are a must, any day of the week. Dinner was simply excellent making the best of local produce.
We used the Coral Cafe regularly during our stay on Lord Howe Island - mostly for coffee or lunch during the day, but we also had one excellent dinner experience here - we both had the grilled Kingfish, which was perfectly cooked and served. Happy...to recommend the Coral Cafe for dinner or for coffees or lunch during the day.More
A group of 9 enjoyed our dinner here..I had crispy Pork Belly and I'd give it 10 out of 10 staff excellent and we could pay separately. Just beware that eating out on LHI is not cheap as everything is shipped in and the cost...of food has gone up everywhere.More
We had breakfast here, which was quite nice but nothing special. The coffee was not great and luckily we found a fantastic coffee stop nearby for the rest of our trip, and great meals also elsewhere. Didn't bother going for dinner after our breakfast, but...it always looked busy so seems to be a popular place for some.More
I was disappointed.. Had the chowder. It was tasty but such a small helping. We shared an entree but I came away still hungry. My husbands meal was substantial. We didn't go back.
Had dinner twice on our stay and both times were not disappointed and wonderful service to boot. Prawn linguini was one of the best I have tasted.
Great place to enjoy a coffee, food, quality gifts & arts and info on the island. Good place for internet.
Coral Cafe is a really lovely restaurant with beautiful food and coffee. The outdoor cafe looks lovely at night. It is also adjacent to the museum.
We dined at the Coral Cafe many times during our recent stay. The food is of a high quality and the prices fair. Definitely in keeping with all other food outlets on the Island. Booking is essential everywhere on the Island. Service was excellent. All...restaurants offer patrons a lift back to their accommodation at the end of service.More
Had a great lunch here. Staff very friendly and efficient. Had the veg Mediterranean foccaccia. Really nice and filling. Good coffee too. Ambiance is lively and the museum is good too
Had breakfast, lunch and dinner here at different times. With each we had quality food at a reasonable price. The friendly staff made it a good experience.
My experience in Coral Cafe was great as a customer and as part of the staff, best place to be on the island! Cute little place next to the museum with simple but delicious plates for breaky and lunch and fine dinners to experience the...local fish and the specialties of the chef. If you have the chance to meet Steve and Janet the owners, you will have a good time laughing and listening to stories of Lord Howe Island. Best coffee in town! And don't forget to book for dinner in advance!More
