Cowboy burger and fries for lunch today. Food came quick and was was cooked perfectly. Food is definitely better than average. No complaints for the money. Had tea to drink and my glass was kept full by my waitress Felicia. Great experience and will be...back.More

I've had a lot of wings in my time, but these definitely have a different take- in a great way! Try some if you have a hankering for wings.

We checked in at the Hostess stand. Several open tables/booths open, yet they took our cell #, and told us we'd get a text when a table opened up. Fine we thought, due to covid, and maybe a partial capacity thing, so we went outside...to sit and wait in the fresh air. We never got a text. After seeing several people leave the place, and about 15 minutes pass by, we went back inside to inquire about a table. First of all, they acted like we'd never been there at all, even though I watched this same girl write down my cell # earlier. Then, they sat us at a table that was open when we went in the first time, so we could've already been eating by now. Finally, a waiter came and took our order. The food came out and was just ok. He never asked if I wanted a second beer, so one was all I had. If in the area again, we'll go elsewhere.More

We had gone next door to TGI Fridays and have horrible service and plastic in our food! We walk next door and everyone from the host to the server to the manager were absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and came fast and fresh. We...will not make that mistake again and will only go to winger's from now on!More

We have been going to Wingers since they first opened which is years. Always had great food and drink. Yes they have had price increases but they were fair and expected. So we go in and order our normal drinks and appetizer off the menu....Drinks came and they tasted really weak. Then the chicken came and ...what happened???? the menu says 5 pieces of chicken $6. Always has, but we only received 4 pieces which were about two thirds the normal size. When we thought they made a mistake our waitress said no they decreases the size and quantity. We received our bill the prices was the same for about a third less food $6.. I telling you there was only about two small bites each piece. Then we noticed the drinks had also increased (20%), but the menu again said they were the same as they always were priced. We ended up paying the bill and stating we would not be back due to deceptive false pricing. We do not mind paying for increases, but Wingers thinking we are dumb and will never notice it ??? Wingers at least change the menu to reflect current prices and quantities. I still cannot believe you can really serve that chicken appetizer and charge what you charge with a clear conscious. What does the chicken really cost .50 cents maybe. Note several of us go to Wingers often. We asked their opinion before posting this, all agreed it is now time to find a new restaurant.More

We randomly stopped at this place while we had some time to burn. I really liked the feel of this place. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. As far as the prices, we ended up coming at happy hour so...we ordered discounted drinks and appetizers. I got the fried cauliflower which was amazing and the nachos which was not too bad. I was overcharged for my alcohol drinks but I did not let them know because the service was so good.More

Three of us visited on 12-6-19 at 1:15 PM and it can best be described as a train wreck. When we entered there was no hostess at the desk. We waited several minutes and then an employee walked by and said they would be with...us shortly. We waited several more minutes and the same employee walked by again and said the same thing again. After waiting several more minutes, and as we were about to walk out, another employee contacted us and seated us. The wait person arrived and took our drink order; 2 waters and an iced tea with lemon. When she arrived with the drinks I noticed water had been spilled all over the top of the tray, soaking the wrapped straws. She gave me my iced tea and it had a LIME, not a lemon. Who drinks iced tea with lime? She left the soaking wet straws, which we had to peel the wet wrappers off in pieces. She took our food order and wrote it down. After several minutes she returned and had us repeat our food orders. While waiting for our food one of the people in my group noticed her glass was dirty, it had a full lipstick lip impression on the rim of the glass. I waived our waitperson over and she replaced the drink. When our food was served the fries were barely warm. One of our group ordered the fresca taco meal, in which the filling was supposed to be grilled chicken. Her tacos arrived with a whole sticky finger in each taco, so we had the waitperson take it away to be corrected, and it was. My sticky finger wrap was the worst assembled Wingers wrap I had every had, and I have had many over quite a number of years at several Wingers. The wrap fell apart as I tried to eat it. When we had placed our food order the waitperson was told that the two of us sitting together (my GF and I) would be on one bill and the single person (her mother)would be on a separate bill. When we received our bills the waitperson had put my meal and the GFs mother's meal together and my GF on the single bill. I have been going to various Wingers for over 20 years and this visit was by far the worst ever.More

Normally a good time. Drinks and food always good. The problem is corporate we believe. My wife received a VISA prepaid gift card for her BDay, and proceeded to use it at Wingers. It was refused by the bartender for unknown reasons. We have never...seen this bartender before. The manager came out and we really do not believe he even knew why as he could not provide an answer for not accepting a VISA card. I guess Wingers only wants cash. Suggestion....Bring cash if you visit. They make it very embarrassing for you if they happen to not accept your preferred form of payment. It makes you look to other that you cannot even pay your bill.More

The service was average. The food for the most part was not good. They bring a bowl of popcorn when you first sit down and look at the menu. My husband started off with the tomato basil soup and it was very good. I had...the chicken wings with fries and for a restaurant that is called Wingers I would expect good chicken wings. My wings were overcooked and dry and the fries were soggy. How do you make soggy fries? I sent my meal back as it was just too disgusting to eat. My husband had the chicken apple salad. What a joke. They should warn you upfront that it is a deconstructed salad. The plate that was brought to the table had little piles of very dry chicken, greens, apples, craisins, pecans and cheese. A saucer of dressing was brought to the table along with the "salad". The plate was too small to properly mix the salad. If we were going to make a salad ourselves we would just stay home, open the fridge and make a good salad with quality ingredients. We were not impressed and will avoid Wingers restaurants in future travels.More

Visit October 18, chk 3973. Server Taya. Time 8:31pm. This was honestly the worst service I think I've ever had. It is too bad I can't give 0 stars. I didn't know our server's name until the end because she never bothered to tell us...when she first came to our table. After waiting way too long, everyone but my wife's food came out. I'm not going to eat in front of my wife so I waited for her and after almost ten minutes her food came out and by then mine was cold. It was obvious we were waiting for fries because my meal came out with hardly any fries and what was there were cold and soggy and when her food did arrive it came out with double the fries that mine had and they were hot and fresh (the fresh fries were literally the only good part). We had empty drinks when our food was brought to us both times but we're not offered a refill, or asked if we needed anything else. We had no napkins, no silverware, and had to ask for dipping sauces for our wings AT A WING PLACE! After already deciding we would never return, we were asked how it was and I told our server that I was not happy with the service and requested to speak to the manager to voice my issues. Instead of the manager coming out, our server returned with a receipt and a 20% discount on the ticket, telling my the manager was too busy to come out. I've been a GM at a restaurant before, and anytime someone had a complaint or issue with one of my employees I would want to hear about it so I can fix it. After requesting two times the manager would not come out and see me and hear what I had to say. Save yourself the trouble and go to ANYWHERE else.More

Ordered a plate of wings just as I have before a hundred times. After diving in realized there were no drumsticks(see picture). Mentioned this to the very nice waitress. She was sympathetic and went to talk with her manager. Manager sends her back to tell...me, “It’s just the luck of the draw, and he can’t do anything for me because I had already started eating.” He didn’t have the balls to come say that to my face? I see... I’ve been a long time Wingers customer. I’ll never be back. Very unimpressed with the management.More

I had the sticky finger tacos which were delicious, my hubby had a burger which he said was one of the best burgers he ever had...and our friends had the fish and chips which they thought were delicious. We first visited Wingers on a road trip to Mt. Hood. It was so good, we stopped again on our return trip to Colorado. The food selection is great (especially the chicken sauces), and the beer is great, too. It was loud both times we...ate here, but quite festive. Fun restaurant! Wish we had a Wingers in Colorado.More
