Melanie F- Thank you for being our guest recently and for your feedback. I apologize that you did not have an enjoyable experience while our guest and found several discrepancies that were not up to our normal standard. I assure you that what you described is not indicative of the level of quality we strive to achieve at our hotel. As part of our ongoing commitment, we are scheduled to complete a refresh of the property this year to include many of the items you listed in your review.
