The park, the lake, the mountains, the wellness center are all resources to organize activities and create cohesiveness in the resources of a firm.
A charming hotel with wonderful staff. The location is very lovely and spectacular . Right on the lake. Nice pool area. Food is lovely by the pool. Rooms are comfortable and well kept. Couldn’t be a nicer stay. The man restaurant at the hotel has excellent service ,but I must say the meal s for the four of us was fair. Good service in lovely grounds can go so far only.

The grand hotel is in a great location on Lake Como. The service was wonderful and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool and Bar Vela were great options for a relaxing afternoon and the Imperliano restaurant was fantastic.

Lovely Hotel with friendly attentive staff .We had a 5th floor room with balcony and it also had a second balcony with loungers. Lovely view of Lake Como. The main restaurant was a little too fussy for us and although beautifully presented the options were limited. The bar above is nice but then at 20 Euros a cocktail it should be !. The servicing of the rooms could have been better as the mini bar was rarely refilled and toilet rolls not replaced . Always clean though . The pool area is nice a shortage of umbrellas makes it a bit of a bun fight . Quite why you wouldn’t have the same amount of parasols as lounger tables is baffling . Yes it can get a little noisy with kids but then it’s not an adult only. The view of the lake and surrounding areas is superb . 2…

Like flying to another world. You could stare lake and surrounding mountains all day at the pool. You can jump into the lake from the poolside and it’s so refreshing. We thought the food and drinks were far too expensive compared to local equivalents 3mins walk from the hotel. We paid €50 for 2 pizzas and 6 drinks locally one evening, but €140 for 2 mains, bottle of wine & 2 starters in the hotel (restaurant Ulivo). This was €240 in Impériale (plus 2 glasses of Prosecco)! Saying that, all the food was exquisite. Breakfast was delicious and they had vegan croissants which I was delighted with. €16 for a small beer and glass of wine by the pool. The sun loungers are the best I’ve used; there are adjustable head&shoulder covers. Not enough umbrellas to go round, though. Patrick…

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting. We stayed in the lovely Grand Imperial Suite for 3 nights and 1 night in an Imperial Suite. For $1600+ per night, we expected **** service. The front desk and concierge are grossly incompetent — taxis booked for the wrong times, boat reservations not confirmed, requests for spa reservations ignored, challenges with basic restaurant reservations on the property - all met with indifference. The restaurant, pool, bell staff were kind and attentive. The restaurant food is quite good. Spend your money at another hotel.

1 or 2 star hotel. Location and views are great but that's where the great ends. Very noisy and crowded. My partner is pregnant and she could not sleep. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. We were kept up late at night by noise. We were awoken early in the morning by thin walls. The dining area, bar and pool are crowded with children. We expected a lot more. Severely outdated. Have been at 3 star hotels in the middle of nowhere that have better furnishing. Poorly staffed. Staff was rude in general. The concierge was confused. Everything that they booked or offer to book for us was either late or terrible.

Some parts of the hotel are good, like the garden. The swimming Pool is nicely located next to the lake. But the service level and attitude of personnel do not meet the standing and the price of the hotel. Everything seems too much to ask. If you have the chance to get service, you can feel it is clearly with reluctance. Not all the time. But in most cases. In addition the location is relatively isolated and there is very limited or not any taxi or water taxis. The hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle service neither. It leaves you with public boat transportation. 4 hours back and forth to Bellagio for example. You want to go to cernobbio (3 kms)? No taxi available, no shuttle. You can walk but it is pretty dangerous as there are no sidewalks.
