Reviews Summary
This summary was created by AI, based on recent reviews.
Powered by AI
Nativo Lodge stands out for its unique, culturally rich atmosphere and artistic flair, earning it praise from guests who also appreciate the hotel's prime location near local attractions. However, the undisclosed amenity fees have left some questioning the value. The amenities, including a popular pool and hot tub, are generally admired, though the absence of a fitness center is noted. While the cleanliness and the distinctive artist rooms with comfortable beds receive compliments, there are occasional remarks about outdated furniture. The staff is widely recognized for their friendly and attentive service.

This is a very unique hotel! The artwork as well as the Native American theme throughout the property is fantastic! My room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the extra touches like coffee, teas, and bottled water make this a very good place stay!

The best customer service! Emily! I tried to book through expedia and booking.com. I needed a quick confirmation so I called direct and Emily got me through the process in minutes. The staff here is the friendliest and most accommodating and professional! The hotel is lovely and a rarity to have a restaurant and bar which, as a single traveler, made me feel at home. When you feel safe and comfortable it's nice to have a cocktail with others at the end of the day. The bar patrons were locals, film industry personnel which is great for NM, and nice folks makes it a comfortable experience when you just want to relax at the end of the day and have chat.

I’ve been in a lot of nice hotels before, but this is the first one where it is really peaceful when you walk in and the art work in some of the rooms are breathtaking. I’m definitely coming back again to stay. The customer service is really good as well. 10/10 will be back again.

The lobby of the Nativo Lodge is beautiful, worth the trip. The staff are consistently cheerful and helpful. The restaurant, Garduno's, was closed the two days we were there (Sunday and Monday), but I know Gardunos is a good restaurant. There is a Starbucks and a Taco place nearby.

Service was good except for house keeping, house keeping did not service at all even after calling 3 times. I spoke with the front desk after the third time requesting fresh linens and they were told it was completed by house keeping. I let them know it was not done at all. I am very disappointed! I have stayed here numerous times and not any trouble before.

Our stay at the Nativo Lodge was excellent on all fronts. The family suite provided a truly unique experience for our older daughter, and we especially enjoyed the 3D art! The art in the main room was phenomenal as well, and we will be seeking out more art from this Diné artist as soon as we can. We were offered fine, local brews upon check-in, and I need to mention Nathan in particular. He welcomed us to our stay in a way that set the tone for our visit. Nathan’s service was next to none, he helped us with some items we forgot, as well as just providing such a high, professional level of care, that he should be commended. This sort of service is what will keep people coming back!

The establishment was astonishing!! The architecture and design is immaculate. We only stayed two night but it felt more relaxing than our last week vacation. The bed and pillows made you sink into sleep, I cannot explain how comfortable they were. You just have to experience it for yourself. We were both very impressed and we will both be returning anytime we visit Albuquerque!

Where to start ...hmmmm there are so many pluses about this place. From location to ambiance. The staff was top-notch on all levels from management, front desk to maid service .. Linens were impeccable beds were wonderful. I had the Artisan suite which was a nice break from The Standard hotel room plenty of room in the rooms and they are well apointed With everything that you need to be comfortable. There's an authentic Mexican restaurant on site that will knock your socks off as well as the bar to socialize at, If you so wish. The indoor outdoor pool and Jacuzzi Looked heavenly with her blue water. Glistening who can ask for more if you're looking for a great destination. I Highly recommend this place It is close to many family/ Business oriented destinations.. As its convenient located close to the freeway.. oh yes The view from my room was excellent. And every room has it own Private balcony. (I thought that was great Feature) . I guess I should stop there. I really could just go on and on about how great this place was so if you are looking for something different that wont break the buge don't just take my word on it you really just have to come and see for yourself..

My stay at The Nativo Lodge was the best night of my trip. I highly reccomend it. The front desk personnel were very warm and welcoming. It is not only pet friendly, it is pet welcoming as well. I stayed one night with my 16 month old German Shepherd, and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the Artist's rooms. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Definately not your cookie cutter hotel, which is a plus in my book.
