The hotel I booked nearby sold out so I tried this location. It is brand new so if you like clean this is clean. Almost a bit too sterile and almost painfully basic with hard edges. The surfaces, floors, everything is hard. No carpet, few decorations, fabrics, etc. I had to ask for shampoo not provided in rooms austere. It did have a big refrigerator, cooking surface, microwave but zero utensils so why bother? Room was sold as a queen but felt more like a full mattress? New AC was very loud. No closet, no hangers. Flimsy pillows. Glad I brought my own. I asked and was granted a one hour check out delay. Housekeeping kept banging on my door loudly before 9 am! No "do not disturb" hangers. Finally, the manager came up and was very unpleasant with me despite me assuring her the desk person at night offered me an extra hour. I answered my door in my underwear and was scolded for staying extra time that was already offered. All left a sour taste in my mouth. There is a way of asking or reminding clients but acting like a junior high school principal did not do much to enhance my experience. I think this place if best for weekly or longer rentals where you bring your own household items. This is really basic. But clean and quiet with lots of parking.

First time at Woodspring Suites. Positive experience, with a few reservations. The hotel is new, and may be experiencing some growing pains. The beds were new and comfortable, and we slept well both nights. The TV and Wifi both worked well. The front desk personnel were friendly. There is a nice looking fitness room, but I didn't get a chance to use it and there is plenty of onsite parking. Our room had a full kitchen (sink, full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave), but oddly no coffee maker, and more oddly, no kitchen equipment (dishes, silverware, etc.). The room had two desk chairs, but no chair for reading. No maid came in during our stay. Since we there only two nights it didn't matter, but for a longer stay it would have been a problem. There was free coffee in the lobby 7A - 10A, but it was undrinkable. Overall a nice comfortable room, but the hotel has a few problems.

Since place is new, it looks really nice. The suite setup is pretty convenient if you don't mind cooking. Too bad there's no oven. Guess I should've brought the NuWave. Nice laundry, fitness facility. Now the "buts". There is no room cleaning unless you do it yourself. Not as good as Value Place was. They at least cleaned twice a week. You had to leave the room when they cleaned, but I prefer that to no cleaning. AND, there was ethernet available at Value Place. There was a jack, but it did not seem to work. The lady at check-in, and throughout my stay, was really nice. Most of the staff was, but one guy seemed a bit unhappy. My least favorite item here was the price (do not mention "location, ...."). You just get a utilities-paid room. No cleaning, no trash takeout, no towels brought to your room (you go to desk to get fresh towels, bringing your used ones for swap). For those who do, you save tipping the housekeeper. Had this place been $150 cheaper for a 7-night stay like the one in Frederick, 5 stars would have been very probable, even if you have to do everything yourself.

It was our first visit to this brand new amazing hotel. From the moment we stepped in the door, we were cheerfully greeted by Front Office representative. Our check in was quick and efficient and all questions were answered in a kind manner.General Manager, Ms. Diana was beyond delightful and assisted us with everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Quiet area. We will definitely be back and thank you for hosting us.
