So I like to say something positive when I have something negative to say. So let me say that the employees here are fantastic and do their best to deal with a bad situation. Now for the bad, I checked in and was given a room that nearly knocked me over from the smell of mold. Ya know when you leave a wet rag on your kitchen sink for too long? Now, take that rag and hold it over your nose and mouth. So I went and asked for another room and after touring 5 other rooms on two floors, we finally found a room that was manageable. I moved my bags up and after shutting the door, the tile baseboard fell off the wall. There are holes in the wall, mold around the shower, the AC has to run constantly to keep up and there I no way to ventilate the room. Breakfast is limited to cereal, bagels, yogurt and some plastic wrapped sausage croissants. No housekeeping with an excuse posted on the wall saying "For your comfort, we want your stay to be as undisturbed as possible, so we will only provide housekeeping upon your request". The room seemed clean till I looked further. Unidentifiable stains on the couch and chairs are typical. Really don't want to do the mental math here... I really don't know why Trip Advisor is still giving this good marks.

After checking in and being in our room for about 1/2, we could not adjust the temperature. It was 64 degrees. We called the front desk and after a while, a young man - the only employee available - brought a new thermostat. None of us could get it to work so we changed rooms. The second room smelled and was dirty so we went to a third room. No one, including, the employee, could get the AC to turn off or adjust. It was 62 degrees in the room. So, we went to a fourth room....there was feces in the toilet and hair in the fridge. So, went to a fifth room where he brought us cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner as there were crumbs and hair around the sink and toilet. He said he would not clean because it was not his job and he had other work to do. We cancelled our 5 day stay left. It was horrible experience. Never again.

Very strong musty smell in the rooms. My room was not cleaned. Was never serviced in 4 day stay. Breakfast is very limited and bad. I don't think they ever clean the gym. Would not recommend for people that value the good smelling clean rooms, good breakfast and a clean gym.

Hotel room was not ready upon arrival. Stated another 3hrs. Once we went back, they gave us a room with no blinds! And it STUNK!! Horrible hospitality! Stick with Marriott! Manager was no help. Front door didnt even open on its own. You have the slide it open yourself and close it. Ridiculous

Very humid rooms, extremely limited breakfast options, and no housekeeping services. My family had to get our own towels, blankets, and bring out trash. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known this!

Went to our grandsons football game. The people in the room next to us were very loud but they took care of the situation. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice . Room was clean and comfortable. Very nice place to stay.

My family and I stayed here 2 nights for a baseball tournament. Lack of housekeeping is VERY apparent. We requested to switch rooms because the 1st one was filthy and AC wasn’t blowing cool air. The 2nd room was also gross. You could tell it was cleaned with the bare minimum in mind. No fresh toilet paper rolls, greasy tile floors, no toiletries, dusty and moldy looking space under the AC unit by window. The bathroom sliding door had paint chipping off, bathroom sliding door track was broken and rusted over. Wallpaper peeling off of the walls. Bedside lamp sconces loose and hanging off walls. Baseboard paint chipped and worn extensively. 2 large gel air fresheners visibly placed in top of shelves to make it smell fresh. Lastly, I guess they are painting the outside of the building because all windows of the hotel were covered with plastic. Hotel lobby looks clean but don’t let that deceive you. We will never stay again and take our business elsewhere. Instead of Home to Suites, it should be called Home to Hell literally.

Dressed up like lipstick on a pig. Walls are paper thin to hear the room next door using restroom. Ceiling sound as if going to collapse. Old and very musty smelling. Air Con would not even keep room comfortable.

Blinds were stuck open and when reported received no help, had to rig a towel to get privacy, in room phone was broken so had to go to the lobby - no one there, waited and rang the bell - nobody came. One person working that seemed flustered and helpless, iron didn't work, and the shower had hair in in it from a previous guest. Hand sanitizer was empty. Other guests waiting in lobby were not happy either. Just not a clean or pleasant stay.
