The is a great place to stay. Anyone working the front desk is always helpful. It is always clean. Close to places to eat. Would stay here again. They have hot and cold breakfast. The one and I do mean One negative I can think of is their brand of coffee is not for me.

Stayed here for four nights over Labor Day Weekend while visiting family. Large king suite with walk in shower - that's a plus. Very quiet room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok but they have off brand cereals. They could spend a little extra and get Kellogg's. Located next to Louisiana Downs. There is a large semi parking lot just south of the hotel. I was concerned that we would have truck noise all night - not so - very quiet. Will stay here again.

Got there at check in time had around 10 other folks waiting with us to check in. Waited 5 min before an associate came out and asked if we knew what happened we said no so she said oh well that sucks and chuckled and started counting down a register and then handed out checks to employees who where walking out and cussing in front of us. After waiting 45 min I finally got to check in only to find boogers and hairs in the Bible boogers on the wall and a huge ball of hair in the bathroom sink. We where assured the rooms where clean and that's why the check in took so long. On top of that this app nor the hotel tells you that you are going to be charged extra up front at check in which supposedly gets refunded to you 7 to 10 days later which at check in after finding out about the extra charges I was assured I would have it back at check out which was a complete lie. Will not be going back to this hotel or any other comfort suites after how this all happened. A vacation is supposed to be a relaxing time and your hotel is your home away from home. You expect it to be clean and expect to have atleast half way decent customer service. The only person in that hotel that was not unprofessional was the manager Brian but the way everything was handled shows me this company does not care about its customers. Oh also be aware the elevator is extremely slow which the staff finds hilarious watching its patrons waiting while they snicker in the background. The ice machine also did not work both nights I was there. The only positive about the breakfast was that the waffle station made okay waffles everything else was disgusting. I have never had an experience this bad that I've had to leave a review on. I hope whoever is looking at this hotel as a place to stay reads my review and looks elsewhere. It's just not worth it. Also once arriving to my room and finding things like the boogers and the extra charge upfront I attempted to reach the front desk from both room phone neither of which worked. I then used my cell phone to call the hotel to inform them on everything and ask why I was charged extra. I waited 5 min on hold before I walked to the elevator. After waiting 5 min for the elevator to reach the 2nd floor I finally was able to get to the front desk mind you I'm still on hold on the phone. The manager was speaking with a guest to the side and the clerk was standing there with one customer so I hung up and waited another 5 min before I could speak with someone by this point I had lost my temper and forgotten to mention certain issues that I am bringing up right this moment. I would have canceled my room and found a different hotel but because of the new federal holiday there where no rooms left in town and we did not have the extra funds to find a new hotel. All our eggs where in 1 basket and the basket was apparently made from wet cardboard because it failed terribly. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Stayed for a month on a company trip and it was great! Mrs Annette at the front was so great and was so nice to all of us and was so welcoming. She always made sure we were accommodated with whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend!

This place was super clean and super friendly. All amenities were nice and bed was wonderful. Maria at check in was very friendly and helpful, and every single staff member in the morning was super friendly and very well mannered. Over all, I found Bossier City a very friendly town and this hotel must be managed by someone who cares!

Our stay started out fine, the receptionists at the front we polite when we checked in. Our room was another story. The door looked as if someone tried to pry it open with a screw driver, chipped wood and paint around door and lock. We wondered as we walked in why the drawers for the dresser where opened, well we closed them and didn't worry about it much, until we found out why, every time we walked past they would roll open. Our upstairs neighbors were so noisy stomping and running nearly constantly for 2 hours before we tried to call and complain. I say try because we actually had to go down to the front desk because our phone didn't work. Neither did any plug next to the phone. So after speaking with young lady at desk, she says they has numerous complaints about the noise and will tell them something. Well an hour later still stomping and running so much it would shake our room and make our dresser drawers roll open. Finally called from our cell, front desk said she would handle it and finally after midnight it calmed down. If you want vending machines they are only downstairs. There was a hole on the wall covered with bright blue tape. When told the young lady at the desk about it she said she didn't know why they did that and hadn't fixed that yet. We checked out in the morning and these workers were a different story, I asked the young lady at the desk who the manager was and she replied he's not here. I stated I ask who he was not if he was here. She pointed to the plaque on the wall and said his name. She never asked why I wanted to speak with him and didn't seem at all concerned. Then a male walked to join the females behind the desk as I took a picture of the plaque on the wall so I could remember the managers name and looked at me as if I were insane, I stated I will be calling your manager Monday morning, and he gave me a nasty look. So bottom line I won't be visiting this hotel again, I will try the ones next door. Hopefully they will be a little better with rooms that are better taken care of.

Nice rooms with a nice pool and breakfast. My kids and I stayed there for the night and ate at the restaurant across the street. If I was by myself I would have went and gambled because of the close proximity to the casino.

For such a good price we were not anticipating how how fantastic the accommodations would be. The staff is very friendly and consistently address guests. The room and bathroom were clean. Very clean. The bathroom is stocked with more towel and washcloths than typical at a hotel which is nice. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of hot choices. In particular, Reagan, in the breakfast area, was friendly and checking on any guest need that she could possibly help with.

We have been waiting to give this motel another rating. We stayed here just over a week after our last stay and found that the receptionist, Breanne, could learn some hostess skills. As dimond members we have always either been upgraded or at least treated with a good welcome. That was not the case on this day. We were put in a room that smelled of mold and was far from being clean. The curtains and sofa were stained and the room was extremely noisy. When we asked to be changed to another room, she told us that we got the room that we paid for. We will not be staying here our next trip through. Up until now we have been mostly with Choice Hotels.
