Don’t stay here. Queen bed is full size. The room smelled like hospice care. Medicine antiseptic smell strong enough to gag you. So bad I canceled my next night and paid more for a decent hotel. The het up and go breakfast is small prepackaged muffins, instant oatmeal, and Nature Valley bars. Also coffee or hot cocoa packets. No fruit or juice nor anything hot. When I inquired at the front desk about why I had a full-size instead of a queen bed, and to let them know that the room smells very bad, they said that is our standard queen size bed and they’re sorry that the room smelled bad. That’s it and they weren’t very nice about it. I definitely would not stay here again, and I have no idea how these people have force plus stars. To be honest they do have a pretty nice kitchen but of course you have to request any silverware or cups, etc. And of course no coffee or anything in the room. They do have a refrigerator which is a full-size so that’s nice. if the room didn’t smell so bad I could’ve tolerated the small bed cause I’m only 5 foot 3 inches. Hopefully they’ll let me post all the pics that I took showing my legs spread across diagonally on this bed and keep in mind I am only 5 foot three so it proves that that is definitely not a queen size bed. If you’re by yourself and you’re under 5’ 6” you’re probably OK but I hope you like a very hard bed where you can feel the springs and the mattress. If you are taller your feet will extend the end of the bed. A good dize couple would be fighting for bed space. 😩…

The staff are incredibly sweet and very helpful! The manager is the best!!! And shoutout to Charitee for giving me her one free room for the night when I couldn’t afford the hotel anymore. The hospitality was excellent! Would definitely recommend!! :)

Ghetto and very dirty front desk doesn’t do anything, had to wipe everything down clearly wasn’t clean besides the sheets. Went to check in and no one in site. Homeless people screaming in the parking lot and they did nothing

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. My mother and her dog were brutally attacked by another dog and I sent my mother there as a safe place to go but they were turned away because of their wounds. The manager said they could not use their linens, we said that was fine and could provide our own and she still turned us away. Total bit*** highly not recommended

Last night I booked a night, over the phone to be sure I could get a room, as it was later in the evening. I spoke with the reservationist, got a rate quote, and gave my credit card. I arrived at the hotel about an hour later, and was informed by the front desk clerk (who could see my reservation in the system) that they had no more rooms at the rate I had been quoted, and if I wanted a room I would have to pay a higher rate. That is outrageous- they had taken my credit card and gave me a reservation and then would not honor it. If they overbooked they should have given me the better room at the quoted rate, but the rude front desk people only said they wouldn't do that. So I left. Will NEVER try and stay there again.

When I stayed here on July 31st, I was required to put down $100 to deposit to cover any damage in the room. When I got up to the room (205), it looked like someone had beaten the hell out of the furniture. I took pictures because I couldn't believe it and didn't want to be charged. Torn and wobbly chair, light fixtures with what looked like graffiti scratched in them . Chair legs, cabinets and TV credenza all battered to hell. The 2d floor smelled like weed and the walls were very thin. When walking down the hall, I could hear a couple doing things I didn't want to hear, even after walking 40 or 50 feet down the hall. The kitchen in the room was completely bare, I couldn't even find a glass to get a drink of water. I got in late from a camping trip and just needed a clean bed to sleep in. Don't expect much more than that. Next time I will pay a little more to stay in the Hampton Inn nearby. I should have read the other reviews…

They are about ten dollars a day cheaper then the much better hotel next door. I paid for a week before I learned that though. The staff were rude and untrustworthy and the rooms and hotel smelled like rotting food or garbage. I actually went and got a few cleaning supplies on my own because the bathroom was disgusting. The staff broke into my room, that was the last straw before I left and spent the rest of my time in town next door. Worst $875 I’ve ever spent probably.

The room seems clean, but everything in the room is ready for an upgrade. The beds seem to be comfortable. There are a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, and a two-burner stove (Kitchenette). We booked the room remotely. When we arrived, we were told that only 2nd-floor rooms were available, and the elevator was not working!!!

When I checked in, I didn't receive The best service but it was OK. Got my keys and checked in the room was fine. Everything went well the 1st night. I made a reservation for 2 more night...it was a easy transition. They allowed me to stay in the same room which was awesome. At 1 AM in the morning the fire alarm went off and we were all outside for about an hour. I was inconvenienced but I understood because it was for our safety. Fast forward to 6:45 in the morning I get a knock at the door. Nobody was there. 2 seconds later I received a call and it is Amber on the phone telling me that there are 2 trash bags outside my door and I need to remove them because it's a fire hazard. I hung up because I was sleepy due to the fire alarm...I was tired.. 2 seconds later I received another knock on my door and it's Amber telling me that now I have to check out at 11 despite the fact that I have one more night. Due to the fact that I have trash in the hallway...and that I hung up on her. Usually at hotels when I order smelly food I put it outside the door. I did not know it was a fire hazard if I did I wouldn't have discarded it outside my door. But at the same time there was no reason for Amber to wake me up at 6:45 in the morning for trash. I am positive there is a more professional way to handle the situation. I went to the front desk because Amber locked my key out so therefore I cannot get back into my room and I ask her why she cannot be professional and tell me the reason for her waking me up at 6:45 in the morning. She said because you hung up on me. And I have a dog. I told them at check in that I had a dog . The only reason why I'm here is because this hotel is pet friendly and the rooms are OK. Then she proceeded to yell at me and the other lady that was at the front desk made my Key and was professional. Fast forward to 730 I grabbed the key that did not work by mistake ...and who was at the front desk only Amber. And i asked for a key she told me don't tell me what to do. I had to call corporate to get a key back to my room after she cussed at me and was being super unprofessional. This whole experience is uncalled for and it's astounding that she has this attitude towards guests especially after we were up for 2 hours due to a fire alarm early this morning. It seems like she is dealing with something internally and is taking it out on the guests. That has to be the only reason for someone to act that way. I came here to get away not to deal with unprofessionalism and ignorance.…
