We booked this hotel through Agoda and when we arrived there was no staff onsite even though we had phoned earlier that morning and confirmed our booking and arrival time. We were advised by customers at the hotel (the only ones available to help at this hotel by the looks) that this had happened to several other customers while they had been at the hotel. When we phoned OYO customer service they kept putting us on hold to find accommodation and then hanging up. It's hard to know how much is the hotels fault and how much is OYO's fault - but at the end of the day if you don't honour your bookings customers won't stay in your hotels!
I stayed here for 3 nights/4 days with my family. The place is good with decent staff. ok food and overall fine with all the basic amenities. The location is good and above all a good place to stay in a decent budget.
