We had a lovely stay at the property. This is indeed a hidden gem in Ayuttaya. The property run by a kind middle age couple - located deep in a residential area. It's fine if you drive otherwise can be reached by Taxi. There's car park spot in front the hotel large enough for 2 cars. The property have bicycles to lend out. We made good use of them both days we were there. The room we had was a suite on the second floor - Large room and very clean with window to look out to the green lawn below. We love the room although there were 2 minor problems - the AC unit was a bit loud and we've got mosquitoes in our room. Breakfast is included - the main is Ala Carte with unlimited salad, toasted bread and drinks. Dinner is a wonderful home cook style. Recommend spray on some Mosquitoes

This guesthouse/hotel is hidden away in a small street but very near the centre of Ayutthaya. From the moment you step in you are made to feel welcome. There are free bikes if you want to borrow them or the manager will call a Tuk tuk for you. The rooms (ground floor) are spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning and a big bed. The outside shower is great! But two things were outstanding. The grounds, leading down to a canal covered in lilies, with tables and chairs scattered around for you to sit and have a drink while watching the sunset and listening to the birds-- fabulous. And the food-- we are dinner here on our only night's stay and it was as good or better than any restaurant we'd been to on our week in Thailand so far. We loved the Baan Tye Wang and would

We stayed on the 2nd floor, so very high privacy. We can open our curtain wide to enjoy the view, leave our window open to hear the bird, without having to worry someone would see us. We live in the busy Bangkok and wanted to have a nice little retreat from the city life. So the trip is just finding a quiet place for relaxation, with no plan to do any sight-seeing. Overall, the place met our expectation! Would definitely come back here again. Just bring a book to enjoy the nice little lotus pond from your window and hear the bird sings. One downside is the a/c temperature. It's either too cold or too hot at night. But no such problem during the day.

We travelled as a group of three to Ayutthaya for one night, I wish we had stayed longer as this accommodation was a perfect retreat from Bangkok. Baan Tye Wang is set in a quiet part of town, it backs onto a little creek and is boasts green leafy, well mainhas a very tranquil vibe, the grounds are very well maintained and it's nice to just while away the hours by sitting outside. The rooms are stunning, very homely and clean. Staff are exceedingly friendly and were very helpful in booking taxis and tuktuks (and the tuktuk fare seemed cheaper than usual). The food at the place is amazing! Our generous breakfast was included in the booking but we also ate dinner here. Even though it's advertised as an "easy dinner" there's quite an impressive range of dishes on offer and we all

Stayed here new years eve for one night, was greeted upon arrival by the landlady who was extremely welcoming and helpful. Offered us bicycles to cycle the town and organised tuk tuks for us to train station and a restaurant that night. Rooms were beautifully laid out, with great room inside them. The outside shower in the room was a unique nice touch. Located in a very peaceful quiet part of the town overlooking a river full of lilypads.

What a find, this is a lovely place to stay , situated down a small road which backs onto a river, absolutely beautiful. Only stayed one night whilst traveling north could have stayed longer, had the suite on the top floor a beautiful large room and reasonably priced. It has a large garden which at the end is a river full of Lily's. Breakfast was good too and the owners very helpful would stay there again without hesitation, thank to the owners for their hospitality.

Situated alongside the river with idyllic lily pads on it you couldnt wish for a better setting. The rooms are beautifully laid out and furnished by someone with alot of thought and a good eye. The lady who runs it is very kind and helpful. She makes you feel cared for she offered us bikes for a tour of the town a d provided mosquito repellant for the gardens. All a nice touch. We only stayed one night but it was memorable.

This 6 room hotel is situated at the end of a road backing onto a small river, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The owners are just truly wonderful and make your stay so relaxed and enjoyable. Free bike hire made us explore the area for sights and eating out:) We hired a tuk tuk for 4 hours at 1,000 baht to go to various temples and sights - we then hired him again for another 4 hours as there is so much to see in Ayutthaya. There are some great Thai restaurants within walking/biking distance of the hotel and further afield in the centre (about 10mims tuk tuk ride) there are bars and restaurants on soi 1&2 - but these are the usual farang joints! All in all this hotel deserves full credit for what it is, we would definitely return. The owners make it perfect:)

We have been back to Baan Tye Wang for the third time. There is actually not much to do and see in Ayutthaya apart from ancient temples and ruins. The only reason we came back to Ayutthaya is just for this place. Baan Tye Wang is absolutely perfect and beautiful in every sense. Its tranquil and quaint. The place is tucked in a quiet corner , overlooking a small stream filled with lotuses. The family who runs this place are always friendly and ready to help whenever needed. The room itself is spotless and clean, inside out. Baan Tye Wang never markets themselves as a hotel. But regardless its a Hotel or a Bed & Breakfast, its always a full score for this place from us. For those who are looking for more of a chain hotel, look elsewhere. For those who are seeking a place that
