Dear Mrs Suranjana Deka, We deeply regret and are saddened by your disappointment and perception of Recif Attitude. It is, indeed, regrettable that during your one-week stay, we were not informed about your dissatisfaction; we would have done our best to turn around the situation to make your holidays more enjoyable among us. After inquiries, I would like to bring some clarification as regards various remarks that have been made. Your comment about the room facilities and the cleanliness has been well noted. However, I would like to confirm that the cleaning of the rooms and the overall areas is done daily, and we do regular maintenance work in the rooms. Rest assured if we had received your feedback while being in-house, we would have assisted you and improved your holiday experience. I sincerely apologise for all the inconvenience. Concerning the food quality, I would like to highlight that we are continuously reviewing our culinary programmes to cater to the largest crowd. We are, nonetheless, realistic in that we will not be able to please everyone as taste and preferences are subjective matters. But being a small property, we tend to respond to individual needs and preferences as far as resourcefully possible. We take good note of some of your comments regarding our family members, we are in the process of planning forthcoming training programmes taking place during our low season. Having said that, we are continually training our people in on-the-job training. It is sad that things did not go well. We, sincerely apologize if you were offended; this was not, is not, and will never be in our intention. But we do believe in the necessity of some ground rules for the good running of the property, and for the benefits of all. It is regrettable to hold such negative emotions, but I do see that you felt offended in the way things were dealt with, and we do sincerely apology for same. It was not in our intention, nor will it ever be in our intention to be offensive to people and to our guests. I humbly believe that everybody is entitled to his/ her own opinion which we respect. And we do respect yours as well. Finally, with all due respect, I must state that if there is one area where we always score excellently high, is the politeness, warmth, and friendliness of our staff.
