Hotel placed a distance from the most busy tourist area. It’s also placed up on a hill, where most tuktuks won’t go, so if you have any health problems with walking upwards or downhills, a distance of 100m, then this hotel is not good for you. Otherwise it was a nice hotel with ok pools and food. The WiFi was not good

The room and staff were perfect. We loved this room. Balcony, huge bed and great bathroom. You will not hear any noise, except at night but thats from the parties couple of miles further down the road. The service is excellent and location is very near the busy crowded shopping streets. Food is everywhere around you and beaches across the street. What more do you want?

My partner and I spent four nights in this hotel and were welcomed very kindly when we arrived. Check in is at 2pm but the lady at the lobby kindly let us access the room at 1pm. We stayed in what seems to be the « new rooms » and they were absolutely beautiful and modern, with air con, great bathroom and mini bar. Even the decoration and lights were great (because these details matter too). The only things I would suggest improving are: - add more international channels - definitely improve the WiFi connection. The connection was so bad, we had to reconnect our devices every time our phones or tables would be on sleep mode, which was very annoying. And even when connected to the WiFi, it was impossible to do anything. The WiFi at the lobby is much better so we used to spend a bit of time there. - add a few vegan options to the menus. Apart from that, the hotel is amazing (3 minutes to the pier), not too far from The Viewpoint or Long Beach. I highly recommend. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The new rooms is really nice & comfy, the reception staff is very nice & helpful. But the breakfast is terrible. If they upgrade the hotel, they have to upgrade the breakfast also. This is a joke. Extra Charge 250 Baht/person Start. I am coming in and say good morning to the staff, no one even answer and say hello. They just look at me very tired. I am coming 7.30, breakfast starts 7. Many things is not out on the table yet, for an example the shaving dishes was empty with hot water and had signs with pancakes & Stir fried noodles, I was there for 30 min or so and nothing came out. The breakfast is really bad, they use the cheapest food products, the margarine taste so sweet on the eggs so you don't want to eat them, I asked for olive oil - no have. the juice is undrinkable from a machine, toast bread w. cheap marmalade in packs & butter, no cheese & ham or cold cuts, cold spaghetti w. A sign say tomato sauce but it is carbonara variation, masa man thai food that taste like it is warmed up from yesterday, ants running on the table & on the buffet. They have a small salad buffet that is ok but all vegetables is standing out in the heat in bowls, not on cooling plates or ice. I will come back for the nice room But never for the breakfast.
