The hotel is very unique. We love the paintings in the lobby as well as the design in the bedroom. Good amenities. Definitely should check out the spa. Trisna and Koming were amazing. We went everyday while we stayed here. Nice rooftop bar and breakfast variety. Good price in a good location - near beach and plenty of shops just outside the hotel. Good wifi and comfy bed.

Loving my stay at Artotel Sanur, rooms are quiet, cosy and clean. Staff are lovely, with special mention to Trisna and Smita Spa who has looked after me 2 days now with a relaxing facial, back massage and manicure! Has made unwinding from work much easier! Thank you to Trisna and all her colleagues at Artotel for a lovely experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would recommend it. Modern rooms, big beds, hot power showers, nice clean pool and great food and drink. Perfect location too. The staff were very helpful, including when there was an issue with my booking (not the hotels fault). The hotel managed to fix the problem for me, including the lovely Dayu and Wulan on reception who were both so helpful and gave service with a smile. I also had a facial with Koming which was lovely and relaxing and my skin is glowing today! Thanks to all the staff for a great stay. I’ll be back I’m sure!

I had such a pleasant stay here over Artotel Sanur. The rooms are so spacious, cozy and definitely artsy. All the meals were delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. The staff had been super helpful and kind on top of it. One major plus point is that this hotel is within walking distance towards the beach to catch both sunrise and sunsets.

Artotel Sanur made our stay in Sanur very pleasant. We stayed here 3 days in studio 30. The room was very clean, modern and had a nice bathroom (one tip: the handshower could be hung at an angle). We also went up Smita Spa at the fifth floor of the hotel. We got a Balinese massage by Trishna and Koming. They took very good care of us. The massage was very soothing and relaxing.

Excellent massage twice as it was so good with Koming. Excellent location. Great free yoga. Wednesday Great food...staff Excellent...room very clean modern and a fantastic bed. I came to Bali during the nyepi 2024. The hotel really accommodated my stay very well. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, foods were good. I also forgot my eyeglasses, i was panicking, called them and they got back to me in just few minutes informed me that they had it (despite I just called them days cus I didn’t realize it). They sent it right away even for free with express package. I can feel their genuine intentions during my stay. Definitely will come back here again whenever i wanna stay on Sanur. Highly recommended

Amazing night stay. Massage was the best I’ve had in a long time from Koming. The room was the perfect temperature for a good night sleep. The hotel was so clean and the staff are super friendly. The view from The pool was breathtaking. Will be coming back soon.

Everyone at artotel is very friendly and nice. Had a birthday surprise when I checked in even though my birthday was 10 days ago. Thank you for that!😍 The smita spa was great as well . Koming and Trisna were so good and the massage were amazing. We had a great time doing the hot stone and bailnase shiroadra and came back in the evening for more. Both Koming and Trisna were so nice . I will miss them

Massage at hotel spa was excellent, KoMing and Trisna were attentive and welcoming. Couple spa treatment is one of the best. The pool view is breathtaking. Only a short walk from beach. Cleanliness of room and hotel was above expectations. Will definitely recommend and return for another stay.
