Best hotel we could have booked in Cusco. This place has amazing charm (indoor courtyard looking like Encanto?! come on!!), super helpful staff, great location, a cute on-site restaurant (opens early, closes late), I could keep going. Super cute and comfortable rooms; the bathroom water pressure was awesome - it was a picturesque and comfortable stay for sure. They supply extra blankets in case you are cold. You get a free Coca tea (with cookies) when you arrive. They even offered 30 min massages for a very affordable price (compared to US prices). Restaurant prices are very reasonable. They take a copy of your passport, and can accommodate late arrivals as long as you communicate with them. I booked my reservation through Hotels.com and the hotel was very responsive whenever I had any questions leading up to our trip. You pay your balance at checkout or the night before you leave (if say leaving very early for an excursion the next day). If you will be gone for multiple days (e.g. multi-day Inca trail trek) they also offer luggage storage. There’s a bunch of pharmacies in the area in case you want to buy water, etc. Would 100% return.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Really pleasant vibe, with a good restaurant (I had breakfast and dinner) and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I had two separate stays and stayed in both a shared bathroom and private bathroom rooms. If you’re looking to save a few pennies then the shared bathroom was ok for me as there was never a wait for either a toilet or shower. As others have said if you’re thinking about how to get few extra mins in bed for the early pickups then this is the hotel for you as on the two trips I went on I was the last to be collected.

Picturesque courtyard with its sun-soaked seating and tasteful greenery was the perfect space to acclimate to the altitude. The room was on the darker side, which was conducive for deep, restful sleep (though the adjacent street can be an unintentional alarm clock). The restaurant served delicious, hearty meals and I would always crave their fresh herbal teas every morning. Staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the laundry and luggage storage service was a game changer. Great place to practice our Spanish. The flight of stone stairs up to the rooms were rough on our first day, but it served as a useful measure of our acclimation as we tackled the same stairs with ease further into our stay. Location was prime, especially for excursion pick-ups. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return here when I find myself in Cusco again.

This was one of the cutest hotels I’ve stayed at! The beds were comfortable and each room had a portable heater and multiple extra blankets. I was with my mom and 2 younger sisters and we had a large room with a private bathroom. We stayed in 2 different rooms all together as we were there for 4 nights before hiking the Inca Trail and 2 nights after. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and all of the staff was very friendly! Showers were warm and rooms cozy with lots of space.

This is a wonderful place. The ambiance is exquisite. The food is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are impeccably clean and cozy. The price is very reasonable especially if you use the common bathroom. I love this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ninos. Such luxury after all our other accommodations in Peru! The room was totally dark at night, with no noise at all, and such a comfortable bed. Our shower was lovely and hot, with great water pressure! The lighting in the room was lovely in the evening, with lots of small lights rather than one overly bright one. All the furniture and decoration is thoughtfully chosen. Outside of the room there is a beautiful courtyard which was perfect for reading, with comfortable cushions on the chairs. At night the courtyard was candle lit, which was beautiful. The staff are attentive, and the cafe has a good selection of food and drink for all meals. There is an open fire when it’s cold. I cannot recommend this hotel more, we loved it! The only slight thing to note is that the rooms are quite dark in the day, but it didn’t bother us, we were out all day and enjoyed the cosy ambiance in the evening. The location is also very convenient, as it’s not far from the main square.

Gorgeous and quiet hotel, a sanctuary in the mayhem. Beautiful courtyard with fountain and relaxing chairs, plenty of hideaways to sit and read, cozy rooms with great showers, fantastic restaurant with cozy fireplace, gorgeous artwork and murals. Our stay could not have been more pleasant as we acclimatized to the high altitude, and rested after treks.

Great service. The hotel has a nice patio to seat and relax (and better internet), staff is always happy to help. It has a little restaurant if you prefer to stay in. They have taxi drivers for a very good price to take you out to the tourist places (Juan was our driver, very friendly). Recommended.

Hotel Ninos is a lovely place to stay in Cusco. Great location close to the center of town and Plaza de Armas, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable accommodations with special little touches, and a great restaurant on site. Plus the twin Hotel Ninoses support organizations that help boys and girls in Peru.

My son and I recently had three separate stays spaced out over 2 weeks, before, between and after excursions. The hotel was charming, in an old colonial building with a central courtyard. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and multi-lingual. The food in the cafe was great, and the location very convenient. Highly recommended.
