Stayed here as part of a group. The rooms in this hotel are average, not worth the 4 stars advertised and they have a problem with the light - all the hallways are pitch black. What completely ruined the experience for us were the bugs that we spotted both in the room and the dining area!!! The food selection for breakfast and dinner was very limited with low quality products. Visit the terrace at the 11th for a beautiful view over the city and the surrounding mountains.

No one to show us our table, When we sat at the table we were moved in the middle of our dinner.saying there was another group coming. Waited till closing time we were the only people. The shower had brown water coming from it. Thank god it was one night.

Probably a 2 star hotel and would not have been our choice of hotel to be honest. We stayed here as part of an organised Moroccan tour which the tour operator hadn't given us the name of the hotel prior to our stay. Because we were on the tour, we were given the basic room type with a buffet style meal which was edible. I'm afraid that's all I can say about the place apart from I'm glad we only had one nights stay.

Good hotel and spacious rooms, welcoming at the reception. The only thing that bothered me was the barking of some stray dogs and cars sound also. When I was relaxing at midnight and before sleeping, the windows were opened to breathe naturally air instead of the air conditioner. I had to close the windows and go to sleep so I wouldn't hear that bark or even cars sound outside.

Great welcome at the hotel with Moroccan Mint tea. The view is amazing up top outside the rooftop restaurant. The dinner was simple so was the breakfast. The rooms were quite large but old fashioned. The bathroom setup was a bit wierd, but had the necessary amenities. There was no kettle so trying to get hot water was a hassle especially because they did not provide room service.

Out of the options available in Meknes, this seems to be one of the better ones but not the top hotel. My wife and I stayed in the Junior suite. Room window is unsafe because people could easily jump from the window (was 8th floor...). Safety hazard for management to consider Nice soaps and bathtub. Nice bed, we would stay again but a little over priced, in my opinion

The lobby was really impressive with its Islamic classic art and interior design, and the attendant was also hospitable greeting us with Moroccan traditional mint tea upon our arrival. The guest room was comparatively simple but still comfortable and clean. There was also a Carrefour supermarket nearby within walking distance which was very convenient for tourists to buy some daily necessities. However it was a little far from the city business district that it took me almost an hour for a round trip by foot between the city center and the hotel, so taking a cab to the city center with couple of friends together might be a better choice.

We were here for 2 nights. Lovely hotel lobby and very spacious room...we were on 9th floor, with large windows look out towards the mountains...glorious views. Wifi was a problem...when we asked of reception if they could do anything about it, they said they'd send up a technician...after third request, we got the doorman...who showed us how well wifi was working on his phone...I checked my ipad again and lo and behold it worked....the doorman left rather abruptly, annoyed over the fact that he had to come up to 9th floor. We eventually realised that if you sat over by the room door, or indeed on the toilet, you got a reception. Interesting that many of the complaints on here are about lack of wifi in rooms, but the hotel still persist with offering throughout the hotel. The Swimming pool is very small ...a largish plunge pool...and built into a well where the sun don't shine too long, if at all, during the day. The breakfast is a totaly disgrace...bit like i'd imagine prison breakfast to be like. On our second morning there no staff appeared on the floor for about 5 or 6 minutes.
