I wouldnt recommend you this establishment. Poor service, unkind staff, no information, no cleaning. You ear everything your neighbours say, you wake up because of the light in the morning.. Really bad

We stayed here for three nights. The apartments are located in Prague 3,a very quite residential area connected to the city centre by a very frequent transport service. The room was a studio on the second floor, quite large, overlooking a park at the back, with a well equipped kitchen even if we used it only for breakfast, a living area with a sofa and tv,very peaceful at night .,lots of light coming in during the day from the big windows. The building seems quite recent. Possibility of garage for cars at an extra fare. Good for families as well. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets, attended by local people,in the neighbourhood. We enjoyed Prague very much.

I had a horrible experience at these apartments. The place was dirty- lots of bugs, dust and hairs on the mattress. The mattress was very uncomfortable , It gave me a sore back. Also during my stay my belongings were rummaged through. Absolutely disgusted, do not stay here !!

Elen’s ApartHotel was fit for purpose for us. Our apartment was large – technically a one bed, we had one huge room as the main room (with a double bed) and a second huge room for the other double. It’s basic furnishings (mostly IKEA) were fine and suited us. The kitchen had everything we needed, all almost new. We experienced a couple of hot water issues (lack of), and learnt to shower earlier. Opposite the apartment block (front side) is a much larger (maybe 14 story) block of flats, that means views are obstructed. From the large balcony, you could see the city. Back-side rooms would overlook a small hill going up to a park - great for kids. The tram was about six minutes’ walk, and not a bother. Overall, for the prepaid price we got, it was excellent value for money, and great for a 2+2 family.…

These apartments are located at 10 minutes of the Flora metro station, there is a supermarket close but the street is a little bit empty. If you wanna go to the city center you have to go by metro (10 minutes) or tram (5 minutes) if you go by walk it takes around 30 minutes. The apartments are new and you have everything you need. I some problems with the hot water as it didn't work very good. The service is nice but nobody is at the reception during Sundays. For price, service and location is a really good place to stay

Yes the apartment was clean. Yes it was a beautiful view. However the fact that on the last day the room was robbed. In our party of 5 every one of our suitcases had been rifled through Jewellery, sterling, crowns, euros and electrical items even some clothes had gone over £1000.00. The door was locked double lock and the cleaner reported our windows and door were open NOT SO. So whoever stole our things had a key. My advice stay well clear

If you're on a budget trip to Prague, Elen's Aparthotel is a good choice. The Aparthotel has very big rooms with extremely clean bathrooms and a shared balcony with other guests. The beds are very comfortable and clean. It offers a kitchenette in every room with basic cutlery and dishes in place, a good start to the day with self-made breakfasts. The front office managers are hospitable and well trained. It's about 20 mins bus ride away from the city centre. Good value for money. Ask for the higher floors rooms as they have spectacular views of the river and the castle. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. :)
