Very disappointing, especially the food which is quite basic and expensive. The wines are extremely expensive for basic wine. Breakfast just OK, but chaotic! Tried phoning the hotel 60 times the days before visiting and nobody answers. There is a message saying call back, but when calling back they still don't answer. Not very reassuring!

The rooms are basic and a bit tired but the views are fabulous. Dinner was good but breakfast was a bit basic. Free motorbike parking out the front. Downstairs is very nice with good staff. It would be a long hard walk to any other restaurant up and.down a.steep Hill.

Hotel Panorama is a great place to stay, a peaceful place with a short walking distance from the lovely city of Bouillon. Hotels name doesn't lie, the view over Bouillon is breath-taking. The rooms are big and clean, the personal is very professional and friendly, and the kitchen is extraordinary. It's very easy to add that "We'll be back!"

unfortunately the hotel was booked out and we had to overnight elsewhere but we were lucky enough to get a reservation at their restaruant which was just lovely. They offered a fixed menu which was priced very resonably considering the excellent quality of food. After dinner we were asked if we would like to eat our dessert on the outdoor terrace with a view of the Castle of Bouillon. The view of the lit up castle was stunning and it was a perfect end to a perfect meal. If I am ever in the area again I will defintiely go back.

Stayed here for the first time, after staying in other hotels in Boullion. Really pleased I've found it. Very well furnished public rooms, large bedroom with extensive views over the town. It's only a short walk into town, but a stiff short walk back ! Dinner was perfect, well cooked and well served. Breakfast again hit the spot.Definitely stay here.

What can I add to the already brilliant reviews. The only possible problem I could see would be the lack of air conditioning could make the rooms warm in high summer, but as we stayed in early September, we didn't have this problem. Location wonderful, staff really friendly and the food was fabulous. Would love to return

The publicity doesn’t do this hotel justice. The hotel is in a great position overlooking the town and river, room was large and comfortable, the bathroom had a bath and separate shower, all spotlessly clean. The evening meal in the restaurant was delicious and plentiful, breakfast was a buffet with a huge selection, even self-cooked eggs and bacon if desired. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the Wellness centre which is well worth the extra cost for two hours private use of resistance pool, jacuzzi and programmable sauna that benefits from panoramic views over the town, even from the sauna! We will go back and recommend this hotel highly.

Finding the hotel was easy on the hill facing the main town. Parking is around 50m past the hotel and secure. The lobby and lounge area is decorated in a very friendly and cosy manner, with plenty of space and lots of very comfy looking chairs and sofas. Checkin was very fast and efficient and we got to our room on the first floor quickly. The room was spacious, with a 'continental' double bed (2 beds pushed together), separate bathroom and toilet and lovely balcony with a view of the opposite castle. The room is a little worn but very clean and comfortable. The only minor issues we had were the bathroom shower is in the bath and is positioned low on the wall, better for rinsing in the bath than showering. The TV does not have any English channels but the Wifi is good and supports streaming. The restaurant downstairs is great and we enjoyed a very tasty dinner (venison and chicken). We had a very small issue persuading the restaurant to break their policy of 'both or neither' for the set dinner, as I wanted it but my wife just wanted a main. Service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a fairly traditional set-up and buffet menu. One interesting element is diners are expected to cook their own eggs and bacon. Something we enjoyed a lot but some might not. Unfortunately, the only coffee available was the automatic machine type. Not very good at all. Overall a good visit to a friendly hotel.

My recent stay at the Panorama Hotel was such a great experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The service was superb. It was a terrible rainy day so we decided to eat at the hotel and the meal was nicely prepared and the beef cooked to perfection with a delicate sauce. We also enjoyed being able to have cappuccino and drinks in the lounge overlooking the river. All in all a wonderful place to stay
