Welcome to LILLEVANG APARTMENTs - just 5 minutes by car to LEGOHOUSE and LEGOLAND. All apartments with kitchen and living room with kitchen range, dishwasher, refrigerator and cold storage. Dining tables with seatings for 4 - 6 persons. Comfortable bathrooms. Living rooms fully equipped with sofa and coffee table and table football games plus double sofa beds. 40 inch Flatscreen TV, WIFI and HIFI sound. Separate large bedroom with double bed and children area. At the loft there are LEGO toys to play with for the kids. Free parking and free coffee / tea. Hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was nice and clean and there was nice little outside area. Neighbourhood was very beautiful and there was nice walking routes. This was perfect place for us.

This was a lovely peaceful apartment to stay in whilst visiting Legoland. We also enjoyed a visit to the Billund Bad swimming pool. Our son enjoyed playing with the lego and duplo in the apartment. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the 50 sq metres apartment for 2 nights. The apartment is lovely, well furnished, well laid out and very clean. The location is ideal for legoland. The host was very friendly and helpful, even taking us to the airport to collect our hire car. Nothing to fault at all.

We just came back from two days at Legoland Billund. You can probably do it in one but you'll be putting yourself at the mercy of the weather gods. We flew in direct from Stockholm one evening and so had two nights in Billund. We had already booked one night at Hotel Legoland (see my other review) but balked at staying there two nights so we needed a second hotel. I found the Lillevang Apartments on TripAdvisor. Lillevang is a former farm which lent its name (and land) to a new development/suburb of Billund (at least that is my understanding). Billund is tiny but Lillevang is at the southern end so you're looking at a €20 cab fare from the airport to get there. The place is run by Erik who is also a photographer. My partner and I recently took my young son and one of his grandmas to visit Legoland. When I checked the rates for "official" Legoland accommodation choices, I had a bad case of sticker shock. Fortunately I came across reviews of Lillevang Apartments and was able to make a booking. Our host was extremely friendly and responsive, and even made a special effort to receive us late in the evening. Seeing that Grandma uses a walking cane, he proactively offered to set up an extra bed downstairs so she didn't have to climb the stairs in the apartment. He even helped us place an order for dinner as it was easier to communicate in Danish. The apartment was pure Scandinavia: modern, clean and comfy. Albeit 'peace and quiet' is not something I normally associate with a family vacation (kids 7 and 9) - this was really a nice place. Huge garden which is very well kept and only three apartments gives this accommodation option a warm family feel. The landlord is very friendly and approachable as well. The apartment was very spacious - I wouldn't exactly call it 'high class' but tidy, clean and with all you needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself is perhaps a '4' overall, but the total package lifts the impression to a '5'. Also possibility to charge electric cars albeit slow (13A/230v) and cost DKK 2 per kWh. Highly recommended - especially after a busy day at Legoland!

A really lovely apartment close to Legoland. The host is a lovely man and really bends over backwards to help. Our apartment was clean and well equippped. Private parking just by the house. There is a very good kitchen in the apartment. Close to the town where there are supermarkets and restaurants. Wifi. And breakfast is optionally provided. The perfect place to stay if you are going to Legoland.

We were looking for a place near Legoland, and saw the good reviews of Lillevang. I was expecting a decent stay, but was shocked by the beauty of the accommodations and the grounds. Our children played outside, we brought food in and ate on the terrace....In all, I cannot say enough good things. Wonderful host, wonderful location and pure restful beauty.

Erik has been a wonderful host and made sure we( 2 kids ( 15 months & 4 years) and 2 adults) were comfortable while we stayed at his place. He even dropped us in his nice Audi which i was worried that my kids would do damage to as they are so young. Throughout our stay Erik was available to answer our questions and it was very easy to reach out to him via sms. On the first night I had issue connecting to the internet ,but then all i had to do was just move the router which my wife pointed out to me and in an instant i was online. Breakfast was ample enough for all of us and lots of space in the house for the kids to play. There is a swing behind the house and a little sun room , all very nice. I only wanted to write that the place is perfect when you want to visit Legoland, but it is too short. Erik is a very nice person. He will bring your breakfast to your door. Better than the hotel. The place is very nice, very clean and close to Legoland.
