This B&B is set on a lovely farm down a short unpaved road a very short drive from town. We had a very comfortable stay and a great time meeting the alpacas! The hosts provided us with a delicious and filling breakfast in the morning. The room itself was large and well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Very welcoming hosts and a great stay

There are not enough superlatives to describe this B&B. We stayed here the day after Hurricane Dorian ripped through Nova Scotia, leaving it with no power for the two days we were there. Not a problem tho for Mary Pat and Al. Their hospitality was truly amazing and along with coping with all sorts of difficulties caused by the power cut, they still somehow managed to cook us a hot breakfast to set us up for each day. The accomodation was so clean and comfortable. The king bed was one of the best we'd ever slept in and the en suite bathroom was huge with the bonus of two sinks. Mary Pat and Al really had thought of everything to make your stay unforgettable. You could not get better hosts and we are so glad we chose to stay at Azelia Farmhouse. Feeding and petting the alpacas was an added experience which we LOVED. Thanks again Mary and Pat.......you are both simply THE BEST!…

Al and Mary Pat are the perfect hosts. Cordial, gracious, and helpful, but never obtrusive. They are just like your favorite Aunt and Uncle. Rooms are very comfortable with great beds. Breakfast was delicious, and there was a lot of it. And their property is beautifully landscaped, and has llamas to visit.

My wife and I stayed here for one night on our recent trip to Nova Scotia and what a delightful home it is. Having wondered if we'd got the SatNav directions wrong as we drove down a long dirt road we were greeted with the lovely view of the Azelia. We hadn't pre-booked as it was early season and we were lucky enough that a room was available. I say room it was actually a suite with a beautiful bedroom a sitting room and your own private bathroom. The Mary Pat and Al were very welcoming and the house and rooms were spotless. After a wonderful night's sleep we were treated to an amazing breakfast that began with a bowl full of fresh soft fruit, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc Another gem of a B&B on our tour.

We had a great stay at this B&B last week. Such a charming and peaceful location. May Pat and Al were such gracious hosts. The room was large and very clean. It is located in a quiet, peaceful area, but a quick drive into town. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The alpacas and their adorable dog were a highlight!

The Azelia B&B might not be for the sophisticated traveler, but my wife and I loved it. Mary Pat and Al Connors were very gracious hosts, and shared a lot of time with us. We enjoyed their cat, and especially their Alpacas. The room was very comfortable and spacious. They gave us a lot of great ideas for things to see, and places to go. We stayed at six different B&B's on this trip, and although they were all very good, this one was the best!

This is the best B & B that we have experienced. Mary Pat, the hostess absolutely loves what she does and it shows! Our king room was decorated very tastefully. The amenities are over and above what you would ever expect. Our room was clean and comfortable. There are a variety of menu choices for breakfast. We chose a freshly cooked seafood omelet, cereal, fruit and muffins. Mary Pat and Al have a lot of knowledge of the area to share and really enjoy mingling with their guests. We highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at this lovely B&B. Mary and Pat are delightful hosts and prepare a spectacular breakfast. Our room was very comfortable with nice extras including coffee, tea and cookies. Getting to meet and interact with the alpacas was a highlight ! The location is easy to find being just a short drive from Antigonish and is in a beautiful setting.
