What travelers are saying
- Thomas VOakland, CA16,858 contributionsThis is one of the prettiest parts of town. Some of the restaurants and bars along the street have terraces that look out to sea. But be prepared, the area can be swarming with tourists, depending upon the weather and the time of the year. Nothing but tourism here.Written February 28, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Thomas VOakland, CA16,858 contributionsThis is one of the major streets in town, perfect for a stroll, some shopping, except, during the tourist season, it is completely swamped with visitors stopping to take selfies, almost to the point of congestion. The shops are tourist shops exclusively. Still it is pretty.Written February 29, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Panagiotis Lymperopoulos PhotographyAthens, Greece36 contributionsTucked away on Mykonos' southern shore, Elia Beach is a vibrant blend of action and leisure, offering a thrilling selection of water sports activities in addition to immaculate sands.
Elia Beach, which stretches elegantly down the shore, provides a large water play area for swimmers. There are plenty of water sports to partake in, ranging from heart-pounding jet skiing to the thrilling rush of slalom skiing. Families and groups of friends can enjoy laughter and excitement on banana boat rides, while parasailing provides an aerial view of the breathtaking coastline.
It was a great experience, and I had the opportunity to create amazing photo shoot sessions for my clients.
Its one of the biggest and longest beaches on Mykonos Island. It's very friendly for all ages. Its really worth a small visit from everyone.Written March 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The wine was truly amazing and currently waiting for some we took home to chill. - Thomas VOakland, CA16,858 contributionsAn iconic spot, a place where everyone takes photos, a place where postcards are made. These pretty windmills are up on a hill, perfect place to catch the wind, and you can see them on the horizon. It takes a bit of effort to hike up to them, some restaurants along the way.Written February 29, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Luckyleprechaun07London, UK29 contributionsLovely beach, a small area if you just want to sit on the sand. Plenty of beach bars/sun beds if you want them stretching across most of the beach. Clear lovely water and soft silty sand make it a relaxing place. I personally just sat away from the beach bar on the sand and listened to the music.Written October 18, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - kaweiseAbington, PA60 contributionsGreat no frills beach. Highly recommend. Took car from Little Venice for 20 euros. Picked us up when we txted them. Had meal at Kiki’s Tavern. Day well spent. - Brewercraig13Kenosha, WI32 contributionsTasted some very well made beers. My favorite was The Fruit of the Cactus. It had a flavor reminiscent of watermelon but more exotic. Their Chocolate Porter was nice too.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I hope they enjoyed the craft beer from Wisconsin I gifted to them.Written November 27, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Happily this church is located next to the sea and a bit out of the way of the throngs of tourists, so we had a good open photo shot. It is indeed beautiful.Written February 29, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Panagiotis Lymperopoulos PhotographyAthens, Greece36 contributionsTucked away from the bustle of the main island, Kalo Livadi Beach is a peaceful oasis on Mykonos' southern shore. Known for its immaculate beaches, clear waters, and relaxed vibe, this coastal treasure provides a break from the busy throng while maintaining the essence of a traditional Greek beach experience.
Kalo Livadi's shoreline is lined with a variety of upmarket beach clubs and tavernas for those looking for a little luxury. Savor delicious Mediterranean food, unique cocktail mixes, and luxurious lounges while admiring the Aegean Sea's stunning vistas. There are several things to do at Kalo Livadi, from a lively beach party to a peaceful brunch.
Beyond its culinary delights and breathtaking scenery, Kalo Livadi Beach provides lots of chances for exploration and adventure. Take a relaxing walk along the shoreline and take in the breathtaking natural beauty around you, or go on an exciting water sports adventure or discover secret coves along the coastline.

Don’t purchase a return, just buy the return ticket when you arrive in the old port.
Use change not €100 bills.
Be prepared to shove a little. It can be cramped.
We chose to ride on the top. No issues found seats. Some people had to stand.
Great value.
Was interested to note that the emergency life rafts were secured down with plastic banding and the pull cords secured with cable ties.
Can’t see that flying in the States.
If the boat sinks, you’d better be able to swim. Maybe the expansion of the rafts in an emergency would break the bands.
Would sure hope so. LolWritten October 15, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
