Playa Venao is most visit in the Azuero Peninsula. Wide, sand and cool beach with such an amplitude, it seems as it would never end. And now the place's being developed to welcome visitors at a better and well-groomed fashion.

The restaurant on this island is the best thing about it. We had to come here to take the boat to Isla Iguana. After a day on the beach, the red snapper here really hits the spot. Seasoned and fried to perfection!

We stopped here just to take a walk before leaving Pedasi. We also walked the shallow end of the river!

Nice and relaxing with the wave crashing and very little people during the week. Weekends are busy with locals.
Great food and drink shack right off the beach that is so convenient! I understand the food is awesome too!

Wow, what fantastic customer service. I booked the shuttle well in advance, and unfortunately there wasn't enough people. So for the same price Raphael arranged a private taxi. His team made sure we had spots on the water taxi when we arrived. If I had any questions they were there, even after business hours. I felt safe and comfortable, this is the place to book your transfers in Panama; you are in good hands! When they didn't offer a specific transfer, they also happily gave me the contact of another trustworthy transportation service.

Dania is a competent and friendly teacher; she tailors the curriculum to your needs, and is a joy to have as an instructor! I highly recommend Buena Vida for anyone wanting to experience Spanish language learning outside of Panama City; Pedasi is a lovely village, with miles of nearly deserted beach only 3 km from town. While she has moved her school from the city center to her home just outside of town, it's an easy walk or fast drive to get there. I took 2 weeks of private tutoring, consisting of about 4 hour daily classes, and she gives homework to complement the oral work in class. In addition, Dania is very helpful in providing travel information to Pedasi, so getting there was straightforward; I took the bus, and she met me at the bus terminal to help me get situated.

Artemania has authentic Panamanian craft and artisanal items at reasonable prices. Even the Azuerian Peninsula locals come here to buy hammocks, wall hangings, and carvings.
