- Lisa HColumbus, OH1 contributionA beautiful place to go alone or with family and friends. Its especially wonderful when they have the blown glass exhibit.Written March 16, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - redredlesHelena, MT337 contributionsRainy day but still fun to shop. So many shops to see. Loved it! Our favorite was the Amazon style shop, such a cool concept.
A great way to spend a rainy day.Written November 11, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Visited on a Sunday morning and bought bagels, donuts, and coffee from three different vendors/ stands. Everyone is friendly, fun vibe. Bonus - they can validate your parking at the Vine Street Garage.Written March 10, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DKPuckMuncie, IN904 contributionsThis is a must visit area when you visit Columbus. - Mrs. RomenceGrand Rapids, MI125 contributionsIf you haven't been to this museum before then you are missing out! What a treasure this place is! My only wish is that we lived closer so that we could experience this more! There is so much to do, we could have easily stayed the entire day at this place. The museum is set up into two parts: the science/technology part and the natural history part. We started with the science part and eventually worked our way over to the natural history. We went on a Saturday and it was very busy, however it did not stop us from having fun. Some of the awesome highlights include:
*sitting inside a small submarine
*working a remote controlled submarine robot
*creating your own sea creatures on an interactive graphic design computer
*shooting water fountains at a Poseidon sea adventure
*creating a water tunnel out of PVC piping
*sitting inside a space shuttle
*visiting gigantic dinosaurs
*dressing up as construction workers and getting to build things with foam blocks
And there is seriously so much more! This place rocks! One suggestion to is bring your own lunch (I wish that we had!) because the cafe line was very long at lunchtime and the lunch choices were expensive. If you have kids interested in science, technology, and natural history then this is the place to visit if you are in Columbus.

- Lee APhiladelphia, PA304 contributionsThis was the perfect place for us to use as a base (staying at The Joseph hotel) for our Columbus vacation. There were lots of restaurants (like Northstar Café, Rooh, The Guild House, The Lox, Jeni's) and shops (Samson, Big Fun, Macaron Bar). It is clean and beautiful (lots of murals) and in easy walking distance to the North Market and Goodale Park.Written October 18, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BriTriSpringfield, OH96 contributionsThis was our first visit. Venue was unique and very clean. Food was tasty and very filling. Very affordable too. The music was on point! - Marissa CQuincy, MI251 contributionsThe theatre is beautiful. My only complaint is that it’s not easy to figure out where to go to find your seat. They had minimal ushers helping people.Written January 13, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- jbwhitehouseDallas, TX1,861 contributionsStreet and underground 6’6” clearance parking ($3/hour). We were too late for the tour, so did a self-guided one. Very interesting to see the different construction with an inside center that was more a cylinder than a dome. The building does not look like most capitols. House has 99 representatives and 33 in the Senate. Lots of stairs, but they were beautiful architecture; easy to see many fossils in the stone.
Don't miss the outside sculptures and displays. We especially liked the Holocaust and Liberators memorial. Ohio is to be commended for flying the Israeli flag in support for that only democracy in the Middle East.Written December 19, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We were in the upper deck in the corner near the top, and the seats were still great. It is a very safe neighborhood to walk around to/from the arena.Written January 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Charles TColumbus, OH24 contributionsWe sat out in Right Field. Had our on personal chair! Not right on top of someone. The usher walking around was very friendly! It was $1 hot dog popcorn night. Very Enjoyable Evening!!Written July 26, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
