What travelers are saying
- ramalakshmi2015Hyderabad, India17 contributionsThough it was supposed to be least crowded beach, on Sunday it's like any other beach packed with people. Better avoid weekends.
Otherwise, it's serene especially in morning with calm waters, it's safe to play in water even for non-swimmers, sea is shallow & clean as well.
You can spot starfish on the shore.Written December 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The waves are somewhat stronger than the other beaches of Goa, but in general a great spot to relax and unwind without any noise or other sort of usual beach troubles. To reach this beach its highly recommended to arrange your own commute as public transport is nearly not there. The north end of the beach is very steep, so head south till you reach the beach with the sand.
Pro Tip: On the very extreme south end of the beach there is a hidden sea caves which can be visited during the low tide. And a sunset from this beach is a must do.Written November 26, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sonal AgarwalBengaluru, India47 contributionsIt was the most wonderful experience. One should definitely dip in the lake, it's a one time experience and the water is so fresh and sweet (of course I did not taste it😅). It's walking distance from Arambol beach..walk towards the market and on the next beach you will find the lake. It's still unknown to some tourists.Written September 26, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- smile_snehPune, India238 contributionsThe temple may not be as famous, but is truly enlightening. With a positive vibe, the temple is well maintained by a loving family. Contemporary yet soothing, the architecture here is relevant to the younger generation.Written December 26, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kyungpyo P1 contributionMy experience at Raj yoga School's 200-hour teacher training course was truly invaluable. The structured yoga classes and passionate teachers made every moment enjoyable. I particularly loved learning about yoga philosophy, anatomy, and meditation, as it allowed me to gain new insights and find inner peace. If I were to pursue the 300-hour teacher training course, I would definitely choose Raj yoga School again. The memories made here are ones I will cherish for a lifetime.Written March 10, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AmritaBirmingham, UK3 contributionsThis training was truly transformational for me.
I started out quite resistant and reluctant to do certain asanas, the shoulder stand and the hanging pose, even crying when I attempted them initially. Fortunately, I had the most patient, supportive and caring instructors to guide and support me each step of the way. Maria, Vishal and Beata are all very different in their style of instruction, but each brought a new dimension to approaching and successfully completing each asana sequence. I now have an asana practice sequence I can follow, with the handouts provided, at home. I already feel more aligned and I am more aware of the correct postures for each asana, as well as the many benefits they bring.
To top this all, Sharatji, with his vast experience, constant encouragement and focus on mindfulness, encouraged me to have faith in my own abilities. He pushed only when required, and gave me sufficient support to be able to do an asana I never thought I could do, Urdhva Dhanurasana! His knowledge and many years of experience were evident, and his passion for serving others with his therapy work were inspiring.
I consider myself fortunate and privileged to have had the opportunity to learn from the HIYC team, and the master himself, Sharatji.Written January 14, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
