- Albert HCounty Durham, UK28 contributionsThis is a lovely quaint little square, lovely war memorial with seating, which would be lovely to sit there in the warm weather for some quiet time. - Jess HPeebles, UK2 contributionsA great find for picture framing. Jim is very knowledgeable and gives great advice on what suits. If it’s a cheap IKEA frame you want then go there but you won’t be disappointed by paying the extra at this gallery. It’s on the high street next to the estate agent and down a close.Well worth it.Written May 21, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - macedonboyGlasgow, UK179,691 contributionsThere’s been a market cross at this site since the 14th century, although the current cross is much more modern except for the weather worn column which is from the 15th century. This cross does have an unusual design for the capital, which has carvings of the Three Fishes for the coat of arms of Peebles and of strawberries. Not an incredible thing to see, but an interesting stop on the town heritage trail.Written November 7, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
