It was a nice experience. We went to celebrate my wife's birthday, and had a nice meal. The mole poblano, my sopa de tortilla or sope de tuétano were first class.
Service, flavor, appearance, and the terrace's view were prime quality.
There's a minus: location.
First, La Casa is right behind Mexico City's cathedral, and traffic was a nightmare. Second, it's on a pedestrian-only street, therefore parking or getting your ride is a complication. A hundred meters walk just to get to the closest street is a bit too much. My mother in law was with us and, since it was a rainy day, she got a cold just walking from the restaurant to the place our Uber picked us up. No help to get a ride, no valet parking. Be prepared for that, and to enjoy your visit.
