Quaint shop with nice variety
lut 2020
Huge variety for such small place! I was merely wandering and curious, not intending to purchase anything... until I saw their fudge selection. I had to get a square of the cheesecake fudge, and it was magnificent. Will probably need to stop in again the next time I feel like a quick indulgence. The girl who helped me was pleasant.

Nice spot on alley near Pike Place Market, slightly away from the crowds. The chocolates were delicious, and we got a latte that was excellent

Nice Shop; OK Chocolates
wrz 2018 • Znajomi
I was showing a friend from Australia around the market area when this little shop beckoned in Post Alley. As we entered, a woman greeted us warmly with a big smile and we felt most welcome. A giant toy polar bear sat on a wooden chair in one corner, giving a whimsical look to the shop. Cold drinks to go stood in a tall display case with hot coffee available to purchase at the counter. Three others browsed and left shortly after our arrival. Merchandise for sale was nicely displayed in the immaculate space. But the wide variety of chocolates and the fudge held the most appeal for us. We finally bought two chocolates, one white with macadamia nuts and the other a classic dark chocolate truffle, to eat for dessert after an approaching lunch. Alas, both proved to be average in texture and taste, compared to others I have consumed in Seattle. But the shop was quite appealing and I plan to return to try some of that fudge.

Back in five minutes... 20 minutes
cze 2017 • Pary
Would love to review... Sign on door, be back in five minutes. No problem, everyone needs a break. After 20 minutes no sign of anyone. Irony... Someone came in to pick up their paycheck, unlocked the door, told us sorry Abd then walked out after her check. We didn't bother to stay after 20 minutes. Ridiculous business practice. Hire new staff!

try the coffee instead of the chocolate
wrz 2016 • Pary
Wandered in here by chance while looking for a place to sit down and have a morning coffee. It was a very lucky find. The coffee was excellent, hot and flavourful and freshly brewed. I know its a chocolate and gift shop but we just looked at all the varieties of chocolates and fudge so we can't tell you how tasty the chocolate was. It all looked very good with a great selection. The staff person was very friendly and efficient. It's a small place and busy when we were there also with nice outdoor tables in the sunshine. Well worth a stop but a bit out of the way to find, on Post Alley.

Rude Clerk no aknowledgement when I entered the store
mar 2015 • Wyjazd w pojedynkę
My last day I wanted to come to this store, store was empty this afternoon 2:15pm. The clerk at the fudge counter and didn't even acknowledge a hello The store was empty minus a kid playing in the back. No offering of a sample. I had to ask twice how the truffle are purchased by the piece or pound, and the fudge was by the piece to she didn't even know the weight of the piece at the prices for there chocolate the clerk could have been more pleasant and she was the reason and no help from her I guess they just want to keep it all to themselves. They can truffles are small for the price and looked old. Don't bother to go. Go to the other Fine chocolate store on the corner all the clerks friendly and gave a sample as soon as you walk in.

OVERPRICED average chocolate...Don't bother.

We stumbled on this place while wandering Seattle during a recent vacation. Looked cute and inviting. It's a small store on a back alley way, but I love chocolate! I thought this might be some hidden little secret....wrong. Everything seemed ok, we figured we'd try a sample, so we just ordered 2 small truffles and a peanut butter cup, since we didn't want to have anything melt on this hot day for taking home with us. Well, when she rang it up and said it would be $8, my jaw dropped! Holy crap are you kidding? We should have gotten half a pound for that much. Not wanting to look cheap, I begrudgingly handed over a $20. The chocolate was ok. Nothing special and no better than a reeses cup. I could have gotten about 40 cups for $8 at any other store. Big mistake. It's not like it was "to die for chocolate". I guess they prey on unsuspecting tourists. No prices in the display cases. Never again.

Adorable Candy Shop

Small, adorable shop with delicious fudge and fun candies. They're happy to give you a sample, too. Try the caramel-marshamallow fudge :)
