    Can't wait to come back!
This hotel was a favorite for our group of girl friends! The views are simply breathtaking. The staff was so helpful and kind and we had the most relaxing trip thanks to them (especially Victoria, Lautaro, Rocio, and Belen)! Can't wait to come back. Not to be missed!

    Beautiful girl’s trip in Mendoza!
We had a wonderful girl’s trip at the Vines in Mendoza. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, over looking the Andes. The staff was incredible and met our every wish quickly and efficiently. Our stay included a 50 min massage, a meal of our choosing (outside of breakfast which was included every day) and a wonderful wine tasting in the cave. Victoria, the assistant GM greeted us by name every day and made sure we had a relaxing stay with everything we asked for. The pool was a perfect place to unwind after a day of wine tasting. We will for sure be coming back!

A fabulous property which exceed my expectations
What a beautiful property to stay at. The staff could not do enough and the management team Victoria and Frederic were so welcoming. We had a wonderful room with a cute bath on our veranda. The hotel arranged for us to go horseback riding which was a real treat. Unfortunately we ate too many empanadas when we reached the summit which meant we had to cancel our supper at the hotel Therefore we didn’t experience the main “event” of eating at the hotel. We were very upset to leave! Thank you Victoria and team

We stayed in The Vines in March 2023. The weather was amazing the location was really beautiful but a long drive from the airport. The rooms and the main hotel were beautiful with incredible views. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. However the bar and restaurant staff were completely under trained some with no English they couldn’t even understand when we ordered a beer. We also had to wait 20 minutes at one point as the barman was on a break. The food was lovely however the menu was very limited it didn’t change between lunch and dinner or from day to day with no specials so if you are staying a few days it becomes boring.

Nice locale, service OK but food leaves a lot to be desired. Meal arrived on a cold plate, was sent back and returned on a ear nglowing hot plate, the chef's way of sending an F-U our way which did not go unnoticed. When staff asked how the meal was (ok but not great) was told I should have chosen something else. Perhaps having the info up front might have been helpful?

The staff are all too young and no experience whatsoever. They have no clue about service. If you’re paying top dollar you expect the best and this is far from it. There was a dead frog in the jacuzzi which was told to 3 separate members of staff. Their response took 45 minutes. The pool is filthy and the Villa we are in is very run down. The food is generally good but dinner last night was inedible. Best to just avoid this hotel as they simply haven't got it right

Had dinner there. Steak arrived cool (and tough) but then not surprising since the plate was ice cold. waitress came by, asked if all was OK, told her steak was cold, took it away and brought it back on a burning plate (chef does not take criticism well but same steak. Ate half and gave up. with so many excellent restaurants around they have lost the touch. Shame.

You can't find a prettier view to the Andes or a more beautiful pool area. Beds and sheets are divine. Suites are huge (2000SF) and feel like an apartment more than a hotel room. But for the money they charge there has to be better service. No ones seems to know what's going on, the front desk is a bit clueless, You're in the middle of wine country and you can get exactly 3 wines by the glass: a red, a white and a rose. The poor bartender is also the F&B manager so he's running back and forth between the kitchen and bar, leaving it unstaffed. A wine tasting we had included in our program was rescheduled 3 times, and when the time finally came no one knew anything about it. Food at their famous restaurant, which is also the same place you eat breakfast, is fair, nothing fancy. Breakfast is fair, nothing fancy. For a place known for Siete Fuegos it really seems to be lacking. Paper menus stapled in the corner? Not exactly elegant. A QR code to figure out the bar menu? Nah, not for these prices.

First of all, you have to want to get there. A good 1 1/2 hours from the airport in the Uco valley.
All rooms are villas with kitchen, living room, fire pit and personal hot tub. Very spacious.
The food in the restaurant was excellent and the setting….amongst the vineyards and the Andes mountains is amazing
Absolutely would go back but get out your wallet.
Treat yourself

However, they never finished the spa. So the spa is a villa they retrofitted to act as the spa. A bit disappointing for a place with "Resort & Spa" in the name. However, the gym has the most beautiful view I've ever seen. Our villa was well decorated, clean, well air-conditioned, large, and luxurious. We enjoyed riding bikes to and from and even came across friendly foxes, frogs, and guinea pigs. The pool area/restaurant has a fantastic veiw of the mountains. The siete fuegos experience was great for a one time experience and A LOT of food. NYE experience was small and family-oriented but exactly what was needed. Breakfast is a buffet with a menu to order. There are wineries on property to go to tastings. Concierge was extremely helpful. Wish there was a more basic menu. Got a bit tired of all the meat by the end of our week long stay.

Last October I spent a week in Mendoza, eager to increase my knowledge of viticulture. Being a native Californian, I have had the opportunity to learn about wines and the wine-making process but, after spending time at Vines of Mendoza, I realized how much I HADN'T known! The bilingual staff is incredibly knowledgeable, articulate, and attentive, without being condescending. The tasting room, with it's beautiful courtyard, provided a relaxing atmosphere in which to taste their wonderful wines.(see attached photo) This was definitely the highlight of my week in Mendoza...a definite MUST EXPERIENCE place.
