I went to the location at 313 Somerset on Orchard Rd. My husband and I purchased the 30 minute foot massage and a dip in the Dr. fish pools. The 30 minute massage was the best I have ever received in my life and I am not exaggerating. I get a foot massage at least every other week, but the one I got here after a lot of travelling and walking made me completely melt into the chair. I have really sensitive and ticklish feet but the I didn't flinch or wince once. The guy was the ultimate pro and I couldn't have asked for a better massage.

The doctor fish dip was fun and to be honest, quite novel since the practice is banned in most U.S. states. The facility was really clean and it was one of the weirdest things I've done in my life. I'd definitely do it again.

I'm not really sure how efficient it is to get rid of dead skin, I didn't really notice a difference, but it sure was a fun experience. I usually worry about the health of the fish in such places, but the staff made sure your feet are cleaned and without cuts before they let you in with the fish. Also I noticed that the fish all looked lively and healthy and there were different tanks, including those where you couldn't bathe your feet.

I had attempted to book an appointment at Kenko but never received a response, we stumbled across one of their locations and sauntered in. It is $30 a person and the host was not very friendly or inviting. She quickly washed our feet in ice cold water and we dipped our feet in the tank. It was extrememly ticklish, a feeling of vibration but a really neat experience. We were the only 2 in there so we stayed for 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes. We had baby soft feet when we left, wish they provided moisterizer for when we left but thats ok. Overall, a different experience everyone should try atleast once.

I have been here twice before with my wife and daughter on previous visits to Singapore. Rest assured that we will NOT returning. Had previously recommended to others but not again. There were only the three of us with three tanks between us. Maybe there was a clue there. There seemed to be so FEW fish and they showed very little interest in our feet. When the staff suggested that I move to the tank with the “warrior fish” I assumed that I would finally get my money’s worth. This fish in that tank showed absolutely zero response. When my daughter moved to the same tank same result. I can understand that the fish might have an “off” day but the staff showed no inclination to offer any sort of feedback or refund when we expressed our disappointment. As soon as our 30 minutes was up they told us it was time and that was it. Such un-Singaporean service. We have had a wonderful 9 days in Singapore and this place was our sole negative - no fish pun intended. We will not be returning to this establishment and have already mentioned to friends travelling in December to put it on the DO NOT list. Next visit to Singapore we will be hopefully trying out a fish spa in Chinatown - certainly not

There are many places offering massage and reflexology, but Kenko is in a class of its own. Comfortable, clean premises, consistent quality of service and not the most expensive of spas in this category.

Had to do this. Search them out on the internet before going to them. 30 minutes for SGD$30. We went to the one on Orchard Rd in a shopping centre and just walked in. It is also an internet cafe so you can surf the net while getting your feet 'nibbled'. The fish flock to your feet and it feels like you are having them massaged. The fish feeding off your dead skin send off vibrations and after walking around Singapore or just getting off a flight, it feels really good. They are a little ticklish, but just a little. Some of the fish are a little bigger and you get a little nip but it does not hurt. Got to say, my feet felt so smooth and soft for weeks after. So much better than a pedicure!!! I want to go back and get one. If I lived in Singapore I would go at least once a month if not every week cause your feet continue to 'buzz' a little for hours after. It will put a smile on your face. You have to try this!!!

The Singaporw Flyer shop only had enough fish per tank for one person. I have been to many Kenko outlets over the years and this is the worst. There were also dead fish in the tank so some fish were feeding on each other. I recommend the fish spa experience but check the quality and quantity before you pay. I won't be bringing anymore guests to this Singapore Flyer store

Wow, this is incredible. Little fish eating away at your feet! If you don't mind your feet being tickled you must do this. We got the $70 package & had a massage as well, was a wonderful way to spend an hour. The ladies are so nice & it was a highlight of a day in singapore when it's was raining!

My husband suggested I try this establishment so with 2 friends we did. I was quoted $70 for 60 minutes. The small fish 'feeding' on my feet was strangely enjoyable. While still with my feet in the tank with the fish I was given a shoulder massage for 20 minutes. I was then taken to another room where sitting forward on a chair I was given a further 20 minutes of back massage then told to lay down on a bed and given a cup of tea. I lay there for 30 minutes and when no-one came back I got up and went to reception to be told I was finished. After paying for 60 minutes and only getting 40 minutes I asked why but did not receive a satisfactory answer. My friends had small fish, then went to another tank with larger fish, then reflexology and were there 1 1/4 hours. I was never offered the larger fish tank. Make sure you know what you are getting BEFORE you pay the money.

Being used to Chinese massage, I must say the back and neck massage (sitting forward leaning in a chair) was absolutely fantastic. Often having problems/pain in my shoulder, taking one 40 min and then a 20 min massage two days later very much helped. Very clean and professional. Excellent treatment but it comes at a price, which it is well worth.
