Terrible service and the height of fraud.
Tried to book a cab and the company agent engaged us on whatsapp for 2 hours without any resolution. They won't pick up call when you try to communicate. Everything is done via WhatsApp which is weird If you pay by domestic card the payment is 50% but their payment gateway system never works and if you try to pay by cash it is double. Haven't come across such immoral practice that try to cheat foreigners. Stay away from this company like a plague.

I booked 11 different taxi trips ranging from 6 hours journeys e.g. from Chau Doc to HCMC to simple airport transfers during my last trip in Vietnam. Everything just was perfect: The drivers were reliable and on time, short notice changes e.g. due to changing flight times could be made by mail or through WhatsApp. Booking through the website was simple and convenient.

Used this service to get from Da Nang to Hoi An Sea Port. It is cheaper than a normal taxi and even cheaper than Grab. After booking the evening before it took less than an hour till I got confirmation with driver details. At the morning the driver was ready and waiting at my hotel even 10 minutes before pick up time. Great and reliable service at a really cheap price.

The driver spoke excellent English so it was very easy to communicate! He was a little late because of a flat tire but smooth ride overall

It's a risk, as it's not a taxi company, it's an agency. If you lucky you get decent driver, if not you get driver that trying to tell you all sorts of bs and asking for more money e.g. the actual address is further than what he received from his boss, etc...

I recently booked a whole load of airport/ hotel transfers with this company and prepaid in advance using my credit card from the UK as we were travelling around Vietnam Using this company was the biggest mistake I made when putting are holiday together. Firstly they are not a taxi service but an agency who charge the driver commission. They denied charging me for all our journeys in advance despite showing them my credit card payment. If the driver turns up and on many occasions they didn't the car was too small despite again...Knowing all our luggage requirements,,,,They speak little to No English and demand payment again and the price from your confirmation as increased. We loved are holiday in Vietnam and would return tomorrow, but we would never use this company. Use your hotel to arrange a safe and reliable pick up service, the price is roughly the same if not cheaper in many cases. I have complained to the company directly and received a half hearted apology with No explanation to what went wrong time after time and certainly No hint of a refund..!!!!!
