Just perfect! The Team, Tomaž the driver of our raft was very entertaining, helpful, calm and very nice. The rafting trip was very amusing and charming, but unfortunately it ended quick, as all the beutiful things end. With smiles on our faces, we Will return for sure. It was very amusing for our 8 years old dauther and it was astonishing for our 69 years old grandma. We also had history breafing from the driver in the van. We were really really happy to find Sportmix! Thanks ekipa! Keep on doing it!

Hi, we can with a big group of about 20 people and had the joy to make several acitivities (rafting, kayaking beginners/advanced, canyoning). Each trip was great fun and we had the chance to get insights of soca river, we would not be able to get otherwise. We decided to come back next year, thanks, Primoz...

We did a Canyoning tour at Predelica canyon and it was really great. We could watch a video from that same tour and season in order to know what we could expect. We liked the tour a lot and our guide was super nice and he knew what he was doing. It was also very good organized. Group size with 6 people was good. Nevertheless it shouldn't be more people per group, otherwise the waiting time is too long. Price with 90€ was also ok.

Marti is the best guide in town!!! Excellent equipment, provide everything.
You just need to bring swimming suits and towels.
All the necessary equipment you get in the shop before the trip.
Neoprene trousers, jacket, neoprene shoes, life vest and helmet. Extra clothes for children.

Since we‘ve done nearly every activity SportMix offers, we kind of got a really good impression. Initially we decided for SportMix, because they were the only provider who offered pictures all inclusive, but oh boy we should‘nt get disappointed.
Besides the great nature and fun activities in itself, all of the guides were very attentive and eager to teach you their knowledge. The office girls were always so friendly and bothered to give us tips beyond our bookings, so that they were much more helpful than the actual Tourist Information.
All in all the whole team is so obliging and seems to really care about you having a great time and vacation.

Great fun, a small group of 4 of us with Gillie as our guide.
The route was beautiful and quite simple, the water clear and Gillie was great.
Wet suits, boots, life vests etc were provided and though we initially did not want to wear them (it was very hot) we are very glad we did - the water was very cold!

First of all, I am really happy I ran into this tourist agency in Bovec as I cannot imagine things to be better than they were. From my first contact with them (with Primož, the owner) I knew they had to be something special. I had such a great experience with them.
In August 2013 I did rafting and kayaking with Sport Mix and it was really an unforgettable experience, I enjoyed it so much. Everything was just perfect – the guides, the boss, girls at the counter and the drivers. Sport Mix Team are a great team of young warm people.
On rafting there were two guides with us – Gregor and Bari (a trainee guide). They made my rafting experience in the beautiful valley of Soča great. We had fun on water and also in the water – they made a toboggan with upside down turned raft on a rock so we were sliding down the raft. It felt so good to be a child again! Next, we could also jump from a 6m high rock into the water (which was sure deep enough). And most important – I felt really safe with those two guides. I completely trusted them. They had everything under control, they know the river very well, they are great guides. Professional, nice and I enjoyed spending time with them.
I also took kayaking school for one day. If you do kayaking for the first time, I would recommend going into school because you learn how to do kayaking step by step and when going down the water you know what you are doing. You don't just pray you will be alive after the adventure. Kayaking was a totally different experience than rafting but it was super great too - when doing kayaking more things depend on you. But there is no need to be afraid. If you flip, you can easily go out of the kayak and then the guide helps you to prepare kayak to go into the water again. The only thing about flipping is you have wet hair and when you come back to the agency everyone knows you haven't been just kayaking but swimming too;) But you really must try kayaking when you are in Bovec!
I would really like to stress that there is something more about Sport MIx Team. Apart from being so professional (giving you all the information you need and good service) and nice they also make you feel their friend. They make you feel important and not just a normal customer. They really take time just for you no matter how many people there are in the room. They are such nice and warm people – everyone of them – Primož, guides, girls at the counter and the drivers. And for me this is also an important part to leave with a great memory.
The place where the agency is situated is spaceous and it feels nice to walk into the room that is not so crowded. I liked it a lot.
The prices are really reasonable and they also offer discounts for students, families and groups. After rafting we were also offered our pictures from rafting – everyone was smiling in every picture. The happiness hormone was obviously releasing during the journey on the river.
And one more thing – their boss Primož. A great guy. Intelligent, responsable, couldn't be nicer, he really knows how to treat people. In my opinion this is very important. I was surprised when he shook hands and introduced himself, until now I haven't experienced that in any tourist agency. It was enough that I trusted him right away (it is like when you come to the doctor's – it is totally different if he shakes your hand and introduces himself or if he doesn't) and decided to do some adventures with the agency. And also when saying goodbye he thanked and shook hands. This tells a lot about him. I loved it. He has the right attitude to people. You are a tourist but not just a customer, you are like a friend for him. And he also gave me information and some advice to visit other places in and around Bovec. He always tries to help you. He understands that not everything is about money... I was impressed.
So if you want to feel some adrenaline running through your blood vessels and to be treated in the best way – believe me that Sport Mix Team is the right choice for you. You will defenitely leave Bovec with great memories because you have experienced something new and met wonderful people in the beautiful town of Slovenia. I highly recommend them!

We went ratfing with sport mix. We had never gone rafting before however we always felt safe and had lots of fun. We arrived a bit late due to some traffic on the way however they were kind enough to wait for us. We were given all the necessary protective clothing. The unspoilt scenery near the Soca river is amazing. Our guides were very friendly and helpful and after we finished rafting we ended up chatting with them as if we were friends! I would recommend this experience to anyone wanting to do something different and adventurous in Slovenia.

Dear Frequent-Travel-MT, we would like to say thank you for visiting Soča Valley and Sport Mix agency. We had nice time during and after rafting tour with you. We had Sebastian as a guide. He was so much fun and made our day quite an adventure. He was knowledgeable and kept us safe, yet helped us have an amazing, crazy, thrilling rafting day. We got to slide down raft slides, cliff jump (if you wanted to), swim down the river, ride some fun rapids. It was the funnest river we've rafted as far as being unique in dodging giant holders and getting the raft to go through narrow passageways. Thanks for making Boca River so memorable!

Today my family and I had an amazing fating experiance with the SPORT MIX guys. Our guide was Berny which was very professional and fun to be with. The equipment was excellent. The activity went out with no delays and no surprises and several minutes after our arrival we were on our way to the starting point. Since we did the rafting with our younger child (6 years old), Primos (the owner?) joined as well to make sure the child was safe.

I would love to book a canyoning tour and a rafting tour, but I am a solo traveler! :( Is there any way to book these trips contingent on other people joining the same tour? I always travel solo and do these kinds of things and meet a lot of fun people on these excursions (they always seem to fill up!) Thanks!

someone wrote there " low water " so the rafting was slow and safe... Is this because the difficulty level was I, low ? Will there be higher water level if we do the rafting at difficulty II-IV , we plan to be there in early August time?

In August there won't be as much water coming from the mountains so river will be shallow (low). This means the difficulty level will be low and not that difficult. I'm sure it will still be great though. We went in April and was amazing

The minimum age for rafting depends on the water level. At the moment you can do really nice family rafting, because the water level is quite low.
Your children will surely enjoy it and have a lot of fun!
