Beautiful spot (in a place full of them)
lip 2020
Cascate del Pisciadu is beautiful and pretty easily accessible from multiple points in the valley. We walked from Corvara (which took about an hour) but you can get there via a short walk from other spots. It's beautiful with some nice places to sit and gawk.

And, as other reviewers pointed out, there aren't a lot of waterfalls (because of the limestone) in the area despite all the rock and snow melt.

Nice walk - not strenuous
cze 2019
We walked from Corvara using the well defined path.
The waterfall itself is nice although not spectacular.
The walk along the river and through the woods is largely flat.
We had a lovely picnic by the river before heading on to the small town of Colfosco then walking back on a different path to Corvara.

Nice easy walk from Corvara

The walk all together is 8 km. It goes through the woods to the waterfall. The views of the surrounding mountains are stunning. The path is wide and easy to follow and quite easy for all abilities

A Nice Waterfall, rare in Limestone Country
sie 2019
The most has been made of this fall. There is a path up to its base leading from an area equipped with picnic tables. From the base there is then a steeper path leading up higher on the left of the stream& falls. Care is needed here.

Pretty waterfall; easy walk from Corvara

We walked from Corvara to the waterfall in about 50 minutes, as a slight detour on the way to Colfosco. Even in September after a dry summer, the waterfall was flowing well, and worth the trip.

Dolomite views
wrz 2018 • Pary
We walked here from Corvara along a signposted path which is about a 6 mile round trip. The views along the way are great, I probably preferred them to the actual waterfall itself, but it’s still impressive. Quite a popular spot with people having picnics on the grass nearby. There is a toilet in a wooden shed at the bottom of the falls but I’d only use this in a real emergency!!

Great find

Great find. Walking past Trevi fountain trying to decide where to eat when we stumbled across this gem. We were the only tourists and the place was packed, always a good sign. Owner was super friendly and food was amazing. A must if you’re anywhere near the Trevi fountain.

Beautiful!

We caught the bus from Verda to Colfosco and then walked to the falls - an easy walk to the little bridge and the best views of the falls; a little more difficult up to the top of the falls and not really worth the effort in my opinion. After a coffee in Colfosco we walked to Corvara for lunch and then followed the lovely river walk to La Villa - all easy and very pleasant.

And average. Not noteworthy if it was not the only waterfall falling from the mountains. But there is other places on earth similar or better than it.

This is is very beautiful hike. Be sure to bring lots of water, your camera, snacks and wear proper shoes. We visited in September and it was a little rainy. Be safe. Take lots of pics!
