Wonderful setting
lip 2018 • Dla rodziny
It was a delight to wander around the beautiful grounds of Asthall Manor, set amidst stunning Cotswolds scenery, with more than 300 sculptures dotted around. It was so well laid out with little pathways or openings through hedges leading to yet more sculptures. Because it’s so well spread out, it didn’t feel too crowded and made excellent use of all the space available, including some rooms inside the Manor plus the local church. A really great day out.

Fabulously tactile sculptures by the River Windrush

I came here to take in a fabulous promenade theatre performance by the excellent Scary Little Girls theatre company, in the former Mitford family home at Asthall Manor. The sculpture garden turned out to be the most delightful surprise, and made waiting for my 'slot' around the house every bit as enjoyable as the wonderful theatre piece. The setting by the river, and the placing of the pieces on lawns and by hedges, makes for a magical experience.

A geologist and sculpture lover's delight
lip 2016 • Pary
Our third visit to On Form. It is a wonderful experience in a beautiful setting. This year there seemed to be more sculptures than ever. The work is of very high quality and really inspiring. Sculptures, some very large works others small, are well placed in an appropriate settings. As a geologist I really appreciate the way the sculpture uses the rock to great effect. Other pluses - lovely Astall Manor and adjacent church, beautiful surroundings, wild flowers, woodlands, nice Potting Shed Cafe. This is a credit to all those involved in creating this . Look forward to 2018

Fantastic, not to say magic
cze 2014 • Pary
This was onform Burford at Astall Manor.

My wife, who is a connoisseur of art, wandered around with a smile on her face like an enchanted toddler. Personally I'm a philistine, but I still enjoyed it immensely.

As well as the sculpture the setting is a fantastic garden which would be well worth visiting in it's own right.

The magic bit is how it didn't seem crowded even though there were hundreds of cars (and a few bikes) parked in the car park.

A rare opportunity to see a fantastic collection of sculptures in stone
cze 2013
The first of a biannual exhibition, alternating with the one in Burford. The London one is in the Crypt Gallery which is under the Church at St Pancras. It is free to go in, you can buy the pieces and also see the fascinating crypt!
