Not very interesting
wrz 2018 • Pary
A really short tunnel, which was once a bridge, which just basically brings you across (under) the street and you come up the other side. Other than a nice picture, it really isn't worth it. You can also get access to other tunnels further away but again, not really worth it.

Short tunnel
maj 2018 • Pary
This is a short tunnel because they don't open the entire tunnel since it's a huge area, and for safety, and preservation reason.

This is a multilayered tunnel, on left and right, we able to see stairs to go up or down (blocked by gates).

It is part of the temple which being covered by earth and vegetation after so many years, hence it was a great walk and experience.

We have a private guide that able to explain and show interesting things inside the tunnel, otherwise it will be a very 'bland' experience.

If you are claustrophobic, DO NOT, again, DO NOT, go to this tunnel as it is a cramp space.

Tunnel Under the Street
gru 2017 • Znajomi
It really is just a tunnel under the street now. However, it used to be a bridge across a river that is no longer visible - diverted to large pipes under the boulevard that now runs where the river used to...so, in a way, it is a sad place: a river that died under the crush of humanity, a bridge named for the sores people with syphilis have, and now, a city attraction that is little more than an access tunnel that smells of sulphur. If you are a history or architecture aficionado, then go. Otherwise, there are far more interesting things to see.

Interesting facts about Puebla
sie 2017 • Dla rodziny
I really enjoyed this little museum. The price was $20 pesos per person. They have tour guides, and they are very knowledgeable about the history of Puebla. If you go on Sunday, you can also go to the Barrio del Alto located in 5 Oriente. They have food, art crafts, jewelry, and more.

Part 1 short.
sie 2017 • Dla rodziny
It's a underground corridor under the bridge-where once was a river that flow thru the city. Years later still holds the city above. The architecture of its time to hold such weight was impressive.Fun little museum that explains the history of the water way and the construction of the bridge. Also a rooftop view.

A very short visit
mar 2017 • Znajomi
It is ok because you can see the San Francisco temple not far from it, but is is a very small place, not a lot you can learn from it, it is just a covered old bridge

Represents interesting history of Puebla
sty 2017 • Pary
The "Puente de Bubas" is a tunnel that represents an interesting historical side of Puebla. It was used to connect to patients who had contracted a "French venereal disease" and as a helping element during the French intervention. This is only one of several tunnels or "puentes" of Puebla, you can visit more of them following the "Secretos de Puebla" map, which consists of all of these recently uncovered tunnels. This visit is really short, probably 20-40 min, so consider visiting others. A suggestion would be to take a local historian to explain everything, since the people who work here don´t seem to be sufficiently informed to aid the public. My suggestion for this new project would be to prepare the staff and inform them more, since one even complained to us how they never let him know anything "and stands all day in the dark". Overall it´s an interesting walk and visit for a few hours...
