Private waterfall
paź 2020 • Znajomi
We were the only families there, it was like a private water fall for us. The fact that we went there just after monsoon, it was amazingly beautiful. Loved it

beautiful falls in midst of nature
paź 2020
This was a mesmerising water falls, away from the hustle & bustle, in midst of nature. Only drawback is leeches in the monsoons season.

Quick visit after nagarhole
paź 2020
Irpu falls is on the way from Kutta towards Virajpet. Sign boards are plenty and google also gives exact drive instructions. The approach road is narrow and around 200mtrs from destination, the road is bad. Cars with low clearance need to be mindful.
Once you reach irpu temple you can take entry tickets (25 per head) and take an easy trek of around 750mtrs to the falls. There are atleast 100 steps to climb on the way.
You have to ensure that the local area had received rainfall before visiting. Otherwise you will be disappointed. I wonder why people don't research and visit places. Then they get disappointed and write reviews are if it way not their mistake.
I visited in October after monsoon, and the waterfall was in its best. You can hear the rumbling even before you reach the place.
Some people will make adhoc arrangement and will try to swim in the water. Please don't. Reason being this is inside Brahmagiri park area and there are lots of snakes. Good to view and witness the power of water.
If you need to cool down, trek back and have fruit juice/lemon soda near the entrance.

A small riverlet
cze 2019 • Znajomi
This place is around 45kms from JLR Kings Sanctuary and literally there was nothing. There's hardly any water in the falls and dirty pool of water which was overly crowded. There's an entry fee of Rs 50/ head which doesn't make any justice. The trek to the fall is around 750 Mtrs and is very easy

Tall climb
kwi 2019 • Dla rodziny
It was an exhilarating climb. But the falls were scanty due to summer season and less rains. There are few changing rooms for women.

Good for a Visit
sty 2019 • Pary
This waterfall is very close to Nagerhole National Park, so we clubbed the visit along with our safari. Good to tick off the list from a sight seeing perspective.
