Can somebody tell me how to get there? Do you come to some point by car and then use gondola to get to that trail?

If you are driving, you should get off the Pramollo pass (Nassfeldpass) to Tropolach, at the bottom of the descent (about 10 km from the pass), leave the car there and take the Millenium Express gondola which will take you to your destination in two stages. Or you can, always descending from the pass, after a couple of kilometers turn left to Sonnleitn where there is a shuttle service (information on site, I don't remember the timetables) with a car pulled by a tractor that takes you to Tressdorfer Alm , intermediate station of the gondola on which to continue for the last stretch.
