My sister and I stayed at this hotel when we came in for work. I felt the hotel was expensive, when compared to other Tuticorin properties, but turned out to be well worth the money. The staff were exemplary - I needed to work on some documents and get them printed and even though they didn't have a proper business center, they were able to help me out. The complimentary breakfast buffet is excellent. The room decor could use some updating, however.

Stayed at this hotel on my way from tirunelveli. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the tuticorin airport. checked in at 10 pm in the night and was smooth. The room i checked in had a/c problem and i was shifted to another room at 11pm. Ambience of the room is not great considering their pricing. Even the room had bad smell and i informed reception to spray air freshener. Buffet breakfast was good. Their travel desk charges very high for car rental. Not so great hotel for their pricing

Located outside the city but nearer to airport. well maintained. Worth for money. Stay is pleasant, food quality is awesome. quality of staff is very good, nice ambiance and sufficient car parking is available.

I have visited to Tuticorin for office stay, Was der for around six months I ll simply say about this hotel, Wonderful hospitality, Excellent Service, Superb staff.
Have LCD TV Nice beds, Specious rooms. Center for Rameshwaram, Thirichendur, Kanyakumari, Munnar.

I visited Tuticorin for business purpose and was recommended this hotel by a colleague. The stay was very nice. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. I had driven from Bangalore and thus car had become very dirty. When I returned back from office next day, was surprised to see that car was clean. Shows their hospitality.
The service in the restaurant is very slow. I had to ask them for the dishes I ordered, couple of times. Certain dishes were not mentioned in the menu but were served.
The internet had some issues as well. That can be improved.
