Our family of 15 people spent 4 nights. Our second night was spent keeping our kids indoor because the bungalow next to us was a bunch of young people outside on their deck naked and having sex in front of everybody. Then other cabins we're arguing back and front until 3am.
We called management and nothing was done about it. Needless to say our trip was cut short.

Thank you so much for staying with us again for the second year in one of our beautiful condos! They are one of our most popular accommodations and everyone loves the pool, jumping pillow and other amenities you talked about. We are so honored you keep coming back and will do our best to continue to make wonderful family memories for you next year!

During our stay at Prizer Point we never felt like we were welcome, mainly due to the manager, Mrs. Head. She isn't polite or professional the way a resort manager should be, and made our stay seem less like a vacation and more like we we're children at a summer camp or boot camp. I have heard the same things from my friends who have stayed there years ago, but I thought our stay would be different. I was wrong. She should not be allowed to manage a resort, when she can barely manage her temper and her daily disposition.

Drove nine miles off the freeway because we needed to use the dump station. We were informed it would be $50 for the privilege! talk about the gouging! Pretty area but they are very proud of it. Explained we had a problem and they had no compassion .

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review but we do not currently offer a dump station that is available for public use for any charge. Perhaps you have us confused with another campground that is nearby but our sewer services are exclusive to our overnight guests. We do wish you all the best and hope you enjoy the remainder of your summer travels.
